I work for God ✝️🙌🏼✨
POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
I’ve been working on something that is very close to my heart. 💚

I’m so proud to officially share that I founded Project Mental Health Matters a youth-led initiative created to raise awareness about mental health, encourage people to speak up, and remind others that they never have to feel alone.

I started PMHM after seeing the impact that mental health struggles and suicide can have on people in our own community including myself. It made me realize that awareness can’t just be something we talk about, we have to create a community where checking in, asking for help, and supporting one another feels normal.

What started as an idea has grown into something I’m incredibly passionate about. From creating these shirts to working with students, schools, and our community, my goal is to keep spreading the message that mental health matters.

September is Suicide Prevention Month, making this month especially meaningful for the work we’re doing. And this is only the beginning. 💚

I’m so grateful to everyone who has supported me and believed in this mission. I’d like to give all glory to God, everything I’m able to do through Project Mental Health Matters is because God has given me the opportunity to use my voice for something bigger than myself.

Be kind. Check in. Speak up. You matter. @projectmentalhealthmatters_pa

June is Men’s Mental Health Month

Not many people know my story but I wanted to share it to show and help anyone who is going through or experiencing anything similar. The past year has been the hardest and most challenging time of my life and I truly did not think I would make it through. I genuinely cannot thank my friends and family enough for what they have done for me over the past year. I have been struggling with severe depression for more than 10 years and I feel like I am on the other side of things now. I hope my story can help at least one person out there and be a reason for hope. If you are struggling please feel free to reach out to me for anything as I am always willing to listen.
