You don’t have an information problem. You have an execution problem

I just finished up with one of the most amazing weekends surrounded by some of the fitness industries best.

And while the weekend was filled with so much learning, even the presenters said. If you don’t do any of the stuff we have talked about today, you will be in the exact same spot next year.

This guy came and gave a talk at the college I was studying my cert 3 & 4 one day and he said something that stuck with me: knowledge isn’t power, knowledge applied is power 🙌🏽

That guy became a good mentor of mine and helped me a lot over the years. Cheers @christopherbro

You can know what to do. Chances are you probably already do.

The part you struggle with is acting on it.

Make a commitment to yourself to choose ONE small thing that you can execute on daily and here’s the kicker… actually do it!

You can read all the books in the world but the best learning happens in the trenches.

Consistency Over Chaos — with Sarah Blom

This week on The FX Factor, Kelly chats with Sarah Blom — PE teacher, qualified nutritionist, mum of two, and founder of The Consistent Approach.

Sarah’s message is simple but powerful: healthy eating doesn’t need to be restrictive, stressful, or perfect. From bodybuilding in Miami to raising a young family, she’s learned that true health comes from small, sustainable habits — not all-or-nothing thinking.

Together, Kelly and Sarah unpack:

How to find balance between nutrition, family life and work

Why “long, slow, steady” beats quick fixes every time

How to introduce healthy eating at home without pressure

Practical, realistic tips for staying on track through the summer chaos

If you’re tired of diet culture or chasing perfection, this conversation is your reminder that consistency is the real superpower. #Podcast #listennow #episode15 #TheFXFactor #SarahBlom #nutritionist
