あ、どーも"銀座のDANCE☆MAN"こと榊原です。

めっきり涼しくなりました、朝晩は掛け布団で眠れるくらいになりましたね。

さて、今回は名残の夏野菜&チーズ納豆カレーです。
オクラ、パプリカ、ナスをスキレットでタジンっぽく、無水で焼いたモノを載っけて、豚バラを塊で焼いた後にサムギョプサルっぽく焼いたのを投入したカレーをかけます🤤

合わせたのはフレッジのティンタ・バロッカ!
タンニン少なめですがほんのりとした風味がよく、時間と共にチョコっぽい香りを漂わせました。
