Last weekend I had the chance to dance to Brightest Light at the Stafford Centre. 💙
I wrote this song for Devin, but getting to tell our story through dance made it feel completely different. He believed in me, encouraged me and helped me find so much of who I am as a musician.
There are so many moments I wish he could be here for. I wish he could have seen this one.
But somehow, when I’m singing his song—or this time, dancing to it—I feel like a little piece of him is still there with me. A huge thank you to @coralalaram for putting so much heart into this choreography. It meant so much to me. 🤍
And so much love and gratitude to Invicta Arts for continuing to push me, believe in me, and help me grow as a dancer and performer. I’m so thankful to have you all as part of my journey.
I miss you, Devin. This will always be for you. 💙✨

My Goddess Gang and I went @awaytoafrica to Cairo, Egypt and we went on a dinner boat cruise on the Nile River at night. What a truly amazing experience. No expectations, just good vibes, celebrating self-love and our wins.
Thank you goddesses for holding me accountable to embrace this self-love journey. So thankful for my friends that allow me to be authentically “ME” and embrace all of my witty shaningans from Atlanta, GA to Egypt.

I got pic mail!!!! I was expecting to see my Bestie in this top when I opened my pic mail but she is in Egypt living her best life. However it is always a pleasure to see Auntie's baby Leah whom is growing up sooo fast I really can't call her a baby anymore. She is blossoming into quite a lovely young lady!!! Travel tip #57 Bring extra cash and space in your luggage for collectibles.

When you visit a place like Lamu, you are going to find treasures that you will not find anywhere else.

Lamu is soul food for the eyes. Photography alone, the talent will astound you. I didn't expect to be this completely immersed in culture and visual stimuli but my senses were jumping! I wanted EVERYTHING.

Everywhere I turned there was another shop with another artist seeking to share their hard work. Jewelry, clothing, fabric, photos, paintings, carvings, sculptures, etc. It just didn't stop.

From my perspective, this was my own personal heaven.
