did you know that you can rent out the studio and take a private class with me? 🦋

i had a blast teaching a private class to a bachelorette party this morning! 🤍💍 the class was extremely personalized, tailored to the bride’s desired format, duration, temperature, yoga level, fitness challenge, + music preference!

DM or fill out the inquiry form on my website (link in bio) to book your next session with me ☺️ you can choose from an array of formats + even tack on reiki ✨*pricing will vary depending on your choices*

@the_growthmindset_ is a firm believer in getting out of your comfort zone- that is truly where the growth happens! 📈🌸

last month, i had the opportunity to do so by modeling for @letsparte + vendors for their 5th anniversary event.🍸i had so much fun getting styled by @shopladyco boutique, meeting amazing new people, + getting in front of the camera. it really wasn’t that scary at all!

i even got to wear green eye shadow + have my photo printed on a cookie💚☺️

so grateful for the opportunity- would 100% do it again!
