Always great to connect with people who remind you that behind every success story, there’s a journey. ❤️

We had the opportunity to spend some time with the team at Heritage Insurance and hear their CEO share his personal story from his parents immigrating to this country to growing up in Hialeah and the journey that brought him to where he is today.

As someone who knows how special Hialeah is, we really enjoyed hearing his story. It’s a reminder of how much our upbringing, our families, and our community shape who we become.

Thank you to the Heritage team for the warm welcome and for such a great conversation!

☕️ Today on Café con Lissette a las Tres, I’m sitting down with Ernie Garateix, CEO of Heritage Insurance, for a conversation that’s a little more personal!

From sharing the same hometown and high school to leading in the insurance industry, we talk about his journey, leadership, and one thing he wishes more people understood about insurance.

Because behind every title, there’s a story.

It was another busy week for our Sales team, connecting with agency partners and giving back across Florida.

Southwest Florida TSM Jessyann Useche celebrated Shepherd Insurance Agency with their Diamond Agent Award, then hosted an agent dinner with Way Better Insurance, Insurance Specialists of SW Florida, Prestige Insurance, My Florida Insurance, HILB Group of Florida, and Zion Insurance.

Florida Space Coast TSM Rubin Sanchez joined Director of Inside Claims Glen Garhman and Field Adjuster Aimee Marquez-Llizo at the Roc Solid Foundation Ready Bag Rally, where 1,000 bags were packed for families fighting pediatric cancer. American Integrity was proud to support the event as a Gold Sponsor.

State Sales Director Luis Bernal, Director of Strategic Accounts Theo Hammock, and VP of Sales Matt VanVelsen also connected with the Univista team through a VIP Experience.

Thank you to our team and agency partners for another great week of connection, celebration, and community involvement. We look forward to seeing where our team connects next.

The Pini Insurance team had an incredible time at the LAAIA Convention! 💛

It was a great opportunity to connect with insurance professionals, exchange ideas, strengthen relationships, and celebrate the community that continues to move our industry forward.

Of course, our Pini mascot joined the fun, taking photos with the teams from Progressive, GEICO, and many other amazing people throughout the event. 🐧📸

Thank you to LAAIA for bringing the insurance community together, and to everyone who took the time to connect with our team. We look forward to seeing you again next year!

That’s a wrap on our panel at LAAIA!
We will admit, we walked in with a few nerves... but walked out feeling like total pros. The conversation flowed, the energy was great, and sharing the stage with such a sharp group of panelists made it even better. So proud of how it all came together!
