LAAIA continues to Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. This time, it was on the road at Heritage Insurance Company. A wonderful conversation with CEO Ernie Garateix, about his Cuban upbringing in Hialeah Florida and the cultural lessons his family instilled in him.

Then, a Cuban sandwich taste test ( Miami vs Tampa) to prove the Miami Cuban Sandwich remains the winner!

Lunch and an office tour included, followed by cafecito.
The perfect day!

Thank you Ernie Garateix, Elena Cabrera, Diana Mendez and the entire Heritage team for your generous hospitality! by @the_laaia

This October, we stand together in pink.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month is a reminder of the strength found in community—the strength to support, to encourage, to remember and to keep moving forward.

LAAIA National stands with everyone facing breast cancer, celebrates those who have overcome incredible challenges, honors the lives and legacies of those we have lost, and recognizes the families, caregivers and friends who walk beside them.

May this month inspire us to check on one another, advocate for our health and never underestimate the power of showing up for someone who needs us.

Together, we are stronger. Together, we carry hope forward. 💗 by @the_laaia
