This morning I had the amazing opportunity of co-hosting our first women’s pelvic health workshop: ✨Motion is Lotion✨ @the_lotusstudio in Waimea, HI Big Island.

Gathering in this space for womb wellness was soo fun! Thank you to my co-hosts for sharing your knowledge & expertise on Pelvic Floor Health & Exercise, Chair Yoga, Breathwork, & Mindfulness 😍 It was such a treat to shake off stress & tension through Tahitian dance together; allowing our hips to move joyfully as a group🥰

Drop a 💃🏾 emoji below & I will dm you more info about future workshops like this! #hipsdontlie #healthiswealth #wombwellness #waimea #honokaa

Get yourself an accountability partner. Daily morning mediation walk is the best part of my day. Best way to start my day because nothing else really matters but the beauty of the present moment. #the_lotusstudio #mediationwalks #accountabilitypartner🐶#yogaforeveryone #yogalife
