Sometimes the practice is about discovering how much space already exists within you. ✨

In this Chair Flow, we explored headstand from a different perspective—using the chair to create support, curiosity, and a new relationship with gravity.

Yoga reminds us that strength isn’t always about pushing harder. Sometimes it’s about creating space, trusting your body, and allowing yourself to explore what feels possible.

You don’t have to look like anyone else.
You don’t have to move like anyone else.
Your practice is yours.

Explore. Breathe. Trust. Bloom. 🪷

Day 7: The Blessing of Knowledge. This day was truly the most impactful as I washed myself in holy water releasing what no longer served me. Releasing what I no longer needed to carry. Honoring myself and letting go of others exceptions of me. Letting everything go. Letting it all just be. This was a powerful experience at the Gunung Kawi Sebatu Temple❤️😭🙏🏽🪷#bali#lotusyogastudio🪷 #realpeoplerealposes taken in Bali, Indonesia by @the_lotusstudio
