Went from struggling in the gym to absolutely dominating. Now she’s basically one of the coaches at this point! 😂💪

For Leah GC, that place is the Cayman Islands. Born between two cultures, Cayman and Jamaica, she carries both with pride. And when she steps on a stage at home, it is not just a performance. It is a statement. 🙏🏽🏆

This morning I got the time wrong for my first class back at @the_performancelab I would usually have just headed home but today my mind was strong, I stayed for the hour and done a work out, alone and with what I thought I needed. . At the end I looked up to see this sign !!

In the last 12 months I have worked hard on getting my mind to a healthy place, back to where I do what I enjoy.

This is just the beginning of my determined mindset around fitness and I'm super excited for it 💪🏋️‍♀️
