Such a great first session with Leanne! 🩷

Our focus was on refining the mandatory poses to create a more enhanced X-frame and beautiful S-curve, really showcasing her physique in line with the criteria.

We also identified areas of tightness that we’ll work on together to improve her mobility and ability to get into the poses more effectively.

A great starting point to build on from here - I’m excited!

NPC Fit Model vs Bikini 🩷

Two different categories, two sets of rules.

Make sure you know the posing criteria to your category and federation that you’re competing within!

Muscle up progress ✅

Never been great at these but was always something I wanted to improve on!

I was definitely feeling a little giddy when I hit my first ever muscle up as you can tell.

The new training and nutrition plan got me feeling stronggggg.

bodybuilding Dad is slowly becoming HYROX Dad NOT😂🏃🏾‍♂️💨

I’ve still been training, just with a little more running, sleds and suffering thrown in 😭😂

2027 I’ll officially be outnumbered TWO daughters 👧🏽👶🏽💕
So apparently I need cardio now because I already know I’m gonna be chasing these two around for the rest of my life 😂

Muscle stays engine remap happening. 🔋😂

Which arm movement do you prefer?

There are so many different ways to transition and one of the biggest differences is simply what you do with your arms!

A small change in your arms can completely change the look and flow of a transition. Don’t be afraid to play around and find what works best for you and your physique. 🩷

How are the Standard Bikini side poses set up differently?

Take a swipe 👉🏼 I’ve broken down a few key cues to highlight the main differences between the two!

Both poses create a different look so neither is necessarily “better” - they simply showcase your physique differently.

Which one you’ll use will depend on your federation’s rules + which pose best highlights YOUR physique.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with @michelle.siedler in the lead up to her final competitive season this year 🩷

Throughout our time together, we really focused on bringing out Michelle’s strengths within her posing, building her confidence on stage and learning how to correctly flare those lats.

Wishing you all the very best with whatever the future now brings Michelle. It’s been amazing to be a part of your journey!

5 days out for @shredwithshauna_ 🥳

I’ve been working with Shauna for 7 months now and over the last 2 months in particular, we’ve really focused on bringing her confidence out whilst transitioning.

This video was taken this morning and honestly… it’s the best posing video she’s sent me so far. 🥹

The difference isn’t just physical… watching her confidence grow has been amazing and seeing her finally start to own the progress she’s made makes me SO proud.

5 days to go Shauna. Let’s go! 🩷

Your preferred pose may not be your pose… 👀

Within some categories and federations, you have a choice when it comes to mandatory poses. Choose the one that suits your physique best, not the one that feels most comfortable or that everyone else is doing.

Your strengths are unique to you and your posing should showcase them.

A pose that looks amazing on one athlete may not do the same for you.

So ask yourself is this my best pose, or just my preferred pose?

Insane progress from @sian.fitx 🔥

Sian has been on the ‘Seasoned Competitor’ membership for the past few months and we’ve really been able to solidify her posing.

With just one session and one check-in each month, she’s been able to stay consistent with her practice whilst having that accountability and guidance to keep moving forward.

And that consistency really does make all the difference!
