Carne asada, barbacoa, ribeye — three proteins, zero missteps. The veggie quesadilla slaps too. But it’s the salsa bar that closes the deal: nine deep, including a jalapeño with real heat and a pineapple salsa that earns its place on the lineup.

Hugh’s visit to @the_quesadillas in Tucson was about listening to the people who are doing the hard work of building Arizona one storefront, one payroll, one customer, and one dream at a time.

Hugh has been in their shoes. He has built companies. He understands that small business owners are not asking government to do the work for them. They are asking government to stop making the work harder than it has to be.

Arizona needs a governor who understands builders because he is one.

As governor, Hugh will establish the Office of Entrepreneurship to help support companies as they start, grow, and create opportunity across Arizona.

Cut the red tape. Clear the path. Let people build.

That is how small businesses grow. That is how communities grow. That is how Arizona grows.

Shrimp quesadillas with my homemade creamy chimichurri sauce!

My niece is obsessed with @bajabaysurfntaco_ and she was so mad I went without her the other day. She loves everything there but one of her favorites is the shrimp quesadillas. So I tried to come up with a similar version to make up for me not taking her. She was pretty satisfied. I will just have to make it up to her soon!
