I couldn’t make this reel without crying 🥹❤️ Oh, to dream big and go full speed in pursuit of those dreams! 😍🥹

At this point, the sub-4 bus was way ahead of her, but something in my spirit kept telling me she could still do it. She just had to keep going and keep the faith🥹

I am SO happy that the Word of the Lord did not return to Him void. 🙏🏽❤️

@the_runner_makoti, I am so incredibly proud of you! You kept the faith even when it seemed like the dream was slipping away. You kept going, and look at what God has done. 🥹❤️✨

I witnessed so many beautiful things @nelsonmandelamarathon this morning. 🥹❤️

@alexsean.swartz running to combat homelessness in our lifetime (I want to be there to witness that day 🥹). @the_runner_makoti finally getting her sub-4 after years of trying. @mkulisi_asanda getting her sub-4 too. @kaddy_vii chasing that sub-3:45 dream and ACTUALLY GETTING IT! @xolanimabaso18 coming back for round two after the Blouberg Marathon to get that redemption. @semmi_fit breaking into the top 10 females (so well deserved; hard work really does pay off). @sipho_marima getting that sub-3 again after an 18 month wait (you make me believe that I, too, can get my speed back 🥹). @itbntb getting that Comrades qualifier. @mr.tux_ running not only with a tux but a briefcase of Mandela's history.

So many beautiful stories. So many dreams (too many to mention) coming to life. So many people showing us what happens when you keep showing up for yourself. ❤️

And then there was this moment.

Oh, this moment. 🥹❤️

Watching @movewith_zubi push Waheed’s wheelchair so he could experience the sheer MAGIC OF THE MARATHON tugged at my heartstrings in a way I can hardly put into words. To give someone the opportunity to experience the exhilaration, the atmosphere, the joy and the sheer power of what the marathon makes you feel… priceless.

Zubi, not all heroes wear capes. Sometimes, they push wheelchairs and give someone a memory they’ll carry forever.

Here are your flowers, sir. 💐❤️

The final day of our time with @asicsfrontrunner in Copenhagen for @wrrccopenhagen26 ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

I used to think the most inspiring runners were the ones at the front of the race. And they are. But these days, I think I find even more inspiration in the people running beside me 🥹❤️

The ones working 9–5, fitting training into busy lives, chasing PBs, running their first international race, ticking off their first Super Half, or simply showing up and doing something they once thought was impossible, that’s what inspires me 🥹🤞🏼

Watching so many of those dreams come true in Copenhagen reminded me that THEIR WINS ARE MY WINS TOO ❤️

We can do hard things. We just don’t have to do them alone.

What a way to finish an unforgettable few days with ASICS FrontRunner 🥹🥹🥹🥹

Day 3 had a lot of cheering, a lot of racing and a lot of gratefulness for the people in my corner 🫶🏼 & oh yes, how can I forget, a cheeky little sub 25 aswell 🤪
