This my entry for the Show Us Your Rack contest. #BestRackin2024
These Blue Berry Ribs were absolutely a huge hit last night at good friends birthday bash . I used spareribs seasoned with @tomahackbbq Legit Blueberry Rub, then on the smoker for 3 hours at 200 F.
I then wrapped them in foil with brown sugar, butter, @summerlandsweets Blueberry Syrup and @junior.and.the.kid Blueberry Stout BBQ Sauce. Back on the smoker at 225 F for 2 hours.
Removed and sauced them with @junior.and.the.kid Blueberry Stout. Back on the smoker for 20 minutes at 375 F to set the sauce .
Again these ribs were a huge hit, we will be doing these again in the near future.

A quick snapshot of my life, my hobby, my passion, my many blessings.

My bbq family, my friends, my dreams and my supporters.

I know I didn't capture everyone, but I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Cooking and Barbecue isn't just a hobby, it's my life and passion.

Many of you helped me along the way, succeeding and pushing my limits to be better, whether it's in competition or in inspiration. And of course teaching me along the way. All this has helped in my journey, from a TV show, Print media, Awards in competition and just being in this large extended family.

VOLUME UP FOR THIS STRAIGHT UP CANADIAN BANGER!
. .
We have had an amazing time over the last month getting to know some of the Canadian BBQ Fam. We are truly blessed to have the opportunity to go to Canada not once, but twice in the last month. This has of course created a lull in regularly scheduled content. We will be getting back to it very soon.
