I think we should normalize skillet tacos everywhere. Imagine being at a restaurant and the middle is just a giant skillet with everyone's favorite toppings to shove into a tortilla.

I know I've been talking about guacamole a lot lately... not sorry.
But here it is. You can adjust to your taste but heres the way I shot it for @burnt_pellet_bbq
2-3 ripe avocados
Cilantro- I use half a bunch depending on how many avocados I'm using but it's really your preference.
Jalapeno- I use half
Red onion- maaaybe 1/4c? Again- whatever you like. I don't like a lot of crunch so sometimes I grate it or chop it really fine.
Lime- start with half, add more if you want
Garlic- minced or powder.. however much your little heart desires. We did powdered in this specific recipe and honestly, I loved the garlic flavor throughout and I've used garlic powdered the 4 times I've made it since this shoot😂
Salt and pepper- you know what I'm about to say here.

Chop, smash, eat, done.

It's no secret that I help @burnt_pellet_bbq with website photos. We've been tag teaming a lot of party ribs recently and honestly, I love them. They're great for a dinner party, the surface area gets full exposure to rub, develops bark, etc.. and they cook faster (as a busy mom this is a win).

Confession. I'm not a burger person. I will very rarely order a burger at a restaurant unless it's 2am at @texastavern #iykyk
So I can appreciate burger sliders but I don't feel the commitment to eating a full burger 😅
