You don't have to be falling apart to be disconnected from your life.

Sometimes disconnection looks like competence.

You're working.
You're responsible.
You're dependable.
You're making decisions.
You're getting things done.

Your life works.

And that's exactly why it can be difficult to notice when you've started living most of it on automatic.

High-capacity women can become so good at handling what needs to be handled that they stop asking:

Do I actually want this?

Is this still true for me?

Is this mine to carry?

What would I choose now?

Beyond Functioning™ isn't about teaching capable women how to do more.

You already know how to do.

It's about interrupting autopilot long enough to become conscious of the life you're living and choose how you want to live it from here.

Because functioning well and being fully present in your life are not the same thing.

BEYOND FUNCTIONING™
A One-Day Immersion for High-Capacity Women
September 26, 2026 | Snellville, GA
Limited to 15 women.

We are still giving thanks for our experience for our last Born4Purpose: Girl Talk Session Collaboration with @the_truth_coach at @lcmatl !

Our theme was "Let's Take a Selfie!" And we took a moment to be present with each other, who we are, and all that we are growing more into🤍

Not only was this session for the girls, but we were able to include Moms too as they enjoyed the "Break Room"!🌸

*If you would like to join us for the next Girl Talk Session, please visit our website and sign up for our connection updates🤍

*Please follow @the_truth_coach
For more information on her services and special "Mommy Break Room" events. There is one coming up in May🤍

😌 We did the dang thang! 😆🤗

I did my last 5K when I was about 12 weeks pregnant. 😮‍💨 I walked it out most of the time, but I was proud of myself for even moving forward with it with the pregnancy symptoms I was having.

About 2 years later …I feel even more like a superwoman. 💪🏾😆🙌🏾 #therace

Hey 👋 We’re LeAsia & Albert! 🪢

We believe that everyone deserves the chance to live a life of purpose, growth, and fulfillment. We exist to help individuals unlock their potential, not just for themselves, but to become lights in their communities and catalysts for a better world. Our ‘why’ is rooted in the power of transformation — when we help someone rise, they carry others with them. We’re here to start that chain reaction, one life-changing mission at a time. ❤️ #aba #mentalhealth #life #changing #missions #fyp
