Summer in Brooklyn hits different.
Block parties on every corner, music loud, BBQ grill smoke. 🔥
Morning park meditations with your crew, grounding before the madness. 🌿
Cocktail sips in the backyard while live music floats through the air. 🎶
Long days, late nights, nothing but good energy.

On May Day last month, the podcast that inspires a borderless mindset around manifesting a new world became more than just an audio expression of the ways #dynamicdiasporans across the globe are living, working and playing. @glocalcitizens is now a platform for #action. Our The Future of Work #Solutionscape and #Stretch Salon series is just the beginning. We're building a resource library of actionable solutions as a catalyst for members of the Glocal Citizens community to further develop and implement. Community is the key!

This weekend I'll be hosting our summer salon in London @brixtonimpact, Saturday, June 22nd @ 3pm. Limited spaces available so RSVP today - #linkinbio and stories.

Leaders need support too. What does it mean to have a true sisterhood + family of other healthcare executive women around me?

Simply: unconditional love and support 💛
Your wins are their wins, and vice versa.
They’re a safe space for nurturing and vulnerability.
The intention is always to uplift.
They root for you, laugh with you, let down their hair with you and most of all make sure you know how adored you are for exactly who you are.

We love a strong circle of women in healthcare leadership who are servant leaders off and on the “battlefield”

I am so blessed, proud, and grateful to have these beautiful souls in my life and in my corner. ✨🥂💛

Greetings @glocalcitizens!
This week on the #podcast I host longtime friend, @mdmagicsquared for a lively and #realtalk conversation about her journey from clinical corporate life to @the_ungrind. In 2018 she made the decision to transplant her New York roots to East #Africa and today she finds herself a blooming #expat based in #Nairobi, #Kenya. Are you thinking about your next you? Then #listenandlearn and get #inspired!
