I’m proud of my scars.

My journey began with a myoectomy to remove 3 fibroids one as big as a football. (I kept miscarriaging) They left the remaining ones as I could have bled to death and they would have also had to remove my uterus.

Thankfully it went well but I made a decision to do everything possible within my control that they wouldn’t grow back and cause me any more trouble that was 8 years ago and I am now pregnant with my 3rd baby to God be the glory 🙏🏾

I have Silverlyn-Rose and Vanea and I have shrunk the remaining fibroids over 6/7 years adopting a holistic approach to my life. To anyone who might just be diagnosed with fibroids or currently stressing. Keep declaring what you want to see in your life and do not give up hope.

Exercise tips for pregnancy 🤰🏾

Always warm up before exercising, and cool down afterwards.

Try to keep active on a daily basis – 30 minutes of walking each day can be enough.

Remember any amount is better than nothing.

Avoid any strenuous exercise in hot weather.

Drink plenty of water and other fluids.
