Grateful to do crazy things in wild places with great people.

Played a small part in helping making some more ultra marathoners in our human history.

Third year @saddles100, this time crewing, pacing & supporting a group of 10+ runners & 25+ travelers. So many intimate moments that have come from a silly little hobby called running.

S/O to everyone who has dictated their summer in pursuit of unlocking their next level of potential. May you find joy in the pursuit.

Our runners🌟

Dream Team💫 No other crew I’d rather have done this with

Louis giving our runners some motivation‼️🇫🇷

Team dinner 🍽️

The most low-maintenance runner I know. Justice you are incredible my guy. Never bitched or complained just kept putting one foot in front of the other with a smile!

At each other’s throats all weekend. So happy and amazed to watch you lead this group through hell and back.

Hugo’s pacers for the final stretch!

Never gave up‼️⚒️💯

Father and son❤️

My boy did that‼️ Welcome to the 100 Club my guy!

Pacing Hugo

Potato soup at 2am with Justice🍲

One of my favorite shots! The tension was high! Justice had caught up to O. The level of focus and determination I saw in O was a sight to see. O wasn’t giving 1st to Justice without a fight.

All smiles afterwards though! Welcome to the 100 Club to you both‼️⚒️

The Dells with Hugo😤⚒️

I’m still wondering how this man did what he did. Netflix is already asking for this documentary.

Commander in chief⚒️

Carebear🐻 Thank you so much for all the hard work you put in this weekend. Nothing went unnoticed🤎

The legend himself! An inspiration to us all

Was an absolute joy being out here and welcoming new Ultra marathon finishers. So proud of every single one of you for showing up for yourself! The training is hard and lonely trust me I know but you did that!

I have definitely regained my spirit for running being out here. I’m thrilled to give it all I have at the Chattanooga by UTMB 100K in 2027 and build from there.

I’ve been programming for Gabriel for a little over a year now, and his progress is a damn good example of why runners need strength training.

The goal isn’t to make runners into powerlifters. It’s to build a body that can better handle the demands of running — more force production, better tissue capacity, improved stability, and more resilience when mileage and intensity go up.

And this applies to every sport.

Getting stronger gives you a bigger foundation to express speed, power, endurance, and control. You still have to train your sport, but being stronger gives you more physical capacity to perform it.

Don’t just train your sport. Build the body that can perform your sport.

Went on a bit of a side quest this year and became a marathon runner… something I never thought was possible. A good reminder that hard work always pays off if you stay the course.

Thank you @balancerunning & everyone who pushed me on the track, on long runs, etc. 🤘

& much love to Toronto, one of my new favorite cities. Til next time 🫡 #hardtokillclub
