♾️ Did you know that during the Full Moon there is a pressure on your glandular system which can either make us erratic and fanatic OR this same pressure can be used to accelerate healing on all levels!
♾️ Our bodies are 70% water and the Full Moon not only affects the tides of the ocean, but the tides in us.
🌕Join us for this special full moon class. We will be doing a series of Full Moon Kriyas, and flow. Message me for details and location. ***BRING A TOWEL OR BlANKET INSTEAD OF YOUR MAT***

🖤 Why am I hitting my chest like a gorilla? 🤔 When I do this my kids beg me to stop. They’re like mom please not on the balcony, the neighbors can see. 😂 #fightingpose is designed to forcefully remove internal anger that would normally take years to eliminate. Don’t judge it til you try it. 😉 Todays @theactiv8method class is up in my reels.✨
What could be better than this sunrise. 🌄
♾️May God give you the power of self realization, the method and technology to purify yourself, and understand your inner beauty, the soul.✨

♾️Weekly Affirmation♾️ I am becoming more of who I am meant to be. ☀️
What you believe about yourself and your life, on a deep subconscious level is what you live out daily through your actions, words, choices and habits. It’s also what you attract and manifest more of. Be mindful of the power your beliefs have over your life…

Adding Pilates toning moves to my yoga method, and training on the reformer has been the most drastic ab strengthening I’ve had since having four kids in four years and an emergency c-section. 💃 At @fit_bodhi_inc we have a method to train you getting results fast, in just 40 minutes. ⚡️
