It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve changed my habits by cutting out the alcohol and welcoming in healthy new habits. I feel stronger but it’s been a tough journey so far. There are good days and bad days. But I power through by setting my intentions. Today, “I allow all emotions to move freely through me!” @therenegademama .

Have you heard of cosmetic Acupuncture?⁣
⁣
⁣
Cosmetic acupuncture is a gentle, relaxing, anti-aging treatment. This technique by @theacupunctureplace increases collagen and elastin production in the face in order to smooth fine lines and wrinkles, lift sagging skin, improve complexion, and heal the body from the inside out!⁣

If you’re looking for cosmetic acupuncture, pain relief or just to relax — reach out to Marisa! What’s your favorite way to relax? Acupuncture, working out, massage, float sessions? Let me know what you do in the comments—

Dr. Ackerman and Dr. Pollet had a rockin’ good time this weekend at the Annual Chiropractic Council Conference. 🎸
•
They learned about the newest research supporting the efficacy of Chiropractic Care and how the most recent changes in Workers Compensation and No Fault policies are in favor of Chiropractic Care!
