HERBS ARE MEDICINE! 🌱 Adding herbs like these into a tea can be useful for reducing cholesterol like Shan Zha does on the left, or eliminating a sore throat like Pang Da Hai does on the right. Pang Da Hai is an especially good "medicine cabinet herb." It's a good one to keep on hand for times of need! Want to find out what herbal formulas are good for you? I offer herbal consultations either in person or on Zoom ☺️

One of my favorite treatments to do! This anti-aging acupuncture treatment is great for wrinkles, under eye bags, evening out skin tone, clearing acne, and lifting and plumping the face.
Today’s patient received a cosmetic acupuncture session with our new Celluma LED light, followed up with facial cupping and gua sha.

Not all big needles are bad 😊
Addressing some chronic shoulder pain today with this treatment! We first worked on the posterior aspect of the shoulder, followed by a little maintenance on the front! 👍

In Chinese medicine, the liver meridian is responsible for making sure the body’s energy (Qi) is flowing smoothly. When our Qi is free flowing and unhindered, our sleep is sound, emotions are balanced, pain is non-existent, digestion moves well…I could go on and on! If you ask any acupuncturist for a list of commonly used acupuncture points, Liver 3 is likely to be amongst them! It is THAT powerful.

The frustration and devastation that comes with fertility challenges can be so incredibly difficult to navigate through. Sometimes you strive to be the most positive person during the journey and at other times that seems far from possible. Being able to give women hope is why I do what I do. Time after time I’ve seen cases of miscarriage followed by healthy, full-term pregnancies when doing acupuncture. If you have been wondering if acupuncture can help you along your journey, please reach out 💕
