I walked into We Connect SA ready to network and walked out rethinking the way I want to build my brand✨ Such a fun and energizing afternoon with Women Entrepreneurs of San Antonio, but one of my biggest takeaways was that building a strong business isn’t just about marketing yourself. It’s about building relationships with people who can confidently say your name when you’re not in the room. That means being intentional about connecting across industries, finding opportunities to collaborate and share audiences, and creating enough trust that referrals happen naturally. As I continue growing in real estate, I’m realizing that I don’t want to build my business in a silo. I want to build a network of trusted professionals where we can amplify one another, create opportunities for one another, and ultimately serve our communities better. Because word of mouth is still one of the most powerful forms of marketing, and trust is what makes it work🫱🏼‍🫲🏾✨ Feeling energized, inspired, and full of ideas after today💡 #WeConnectSA #WomenEntrepreneursSA #SanAntonioBusiness #SanAntonioRealtor #WomenInBusiness

Some people are wired to take the safe route. Amanda Luipasco is not one of those people. Amanda describes herself as a risk taker, and when you hear her story, it makes sense. She’s been the first in her family to do a lot of things, continuing to step into new territory and build something of her own along the way. Today, that includes owning One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, and she brings that same willingness to show up, take chances, and build relationships into her business and her community. Amanda has also been such a supporter of WE of SA, and we love hearing how excited she is for WE Connect SA and what we’re creating. This event really is an extension of what happens inside our community all year long: bringing people together, learning from one another, and creating opportunities for relationships and collaboration to grow. We’re so grateful Amanda chose to be part of our first WE Connect SA and can’t wait to have her in the room on September 9th! And considering the summer Texas has put us through… if your AC has been fighting for its life, Amanda is definitely someone you’ll want to meet. Whether you need a tune-up, repair, or just want a good HVAC company in your contacts before you need one, stop by and say hi! 🎟️ Join Amanda and the rest of us at WE Connect SA on September 9th. #WEConnectSA2026 #WEofSA #SanAntonioBusiness #WomenInBusiness #SanAntonioNetworking

Most people don’t start a business because everything went right… They start because something went wrong. After a frustrating experience as a homeowner, Amanda made a decision — not to complain, but to change the game. Now she’s leading an HVAC company and breaking barriers in a traditionally male-dominated industry. This is what stepping up looks like. 🔥 🎙️ Watch the full episode of Chingon SA — now streaming on your favorite platform. We love to say “NO” to clients! Ok. Ok. Let us explain. In other words, we are not a “yes” agency. That means when a client hires Creative Noggin, we consider it our job to push back when we think they need to go in another direction. We’re not afraid to say “No, I don’t think that’s the best way to go.” Or “No, based on stats, that’s not the best use of your budget.” Or “No, a three-headed mascot, while very eye-catching, is not in brand.” Collaboration and mutual respect is the name of the game. If a client is just going to dictate work, we can recommend a handful of really talented production artists. We want to work strategically with our clients to reach goals and increase success. They do what they do best and we do what we do best. Ah, we love it! If you want an agency that isn’t just going to take orders, we may be a great fit! Let’s chat. #collaboration #teamwork #marketingteam #weloveourclients #brandingagency #branding #sanantoniomarketing #realbranding #creativenoggin #adagencies #creativemarketing
