Okayyyy y’all… I got a sneak peek. 👀🎬

And this one feels a little surreal. 💗
Because THIS story goes wayyyy further back than HVAC.

My childhood all over the 210. The struggles and the wins. The career pivots. Remote Year and traveling the world. Coming home. Becoming a mom. Entrepreneurship. And eventually taking one of the biggest risks of my (and my entire family’s) life. 🥹

And the coolest part? So many of the people seeing this right now have been part of one of those chapters.👏

The rest of you… you’re welcome.
I finally made my page public, and now you know how to pronounce my name. 🔓🤭

Some of you knew me growing up. Some worked alongside me. Some traveled the world with me. Some watched me come home and completely reinvent my life. And some of you I’ve met right here in the chapter I’m living now.

Soon, all of those chapters come together in my @womeninpowertv episode, getting ready to make its way to streaming. 🎬

Poconos Princesses 2026: Never a dull moment. 😂🏔️

Jim Thorpe. Whitewater rafting. Weather changing our original plans & flights. “Sophie Cunningham.” A planned trip to jail. 😂 And we were already missing one @amandavader … and then the other Amanda (🙋🏻‍♀️) went down with a mystery illness that took me out with an unexpected trip to the ER.

Definitely not on the itinerary.

But somewhere between the adventures, chaos, laughs, canceled plans, and sickness, I was reminded that the best friendships aren’t just about the people you have fun with.

They’re the people who roll with it when everything goes off script, laughing with you through the ridiculous moments, sitting beside you through the scary ones, and turning even the experiences you’d never choose into stories you’ll tell forever.

Not exactly the Poconos trip we planned for the last year, but maybe that’s the beauty of it. Life rarely follows the itinerary. Plans change, unexpected things happen, and if you’re lucky, you have really good people beside you when they do. ❤️

Thank God for once-in-a-lifetime friends like @laurenblong, @lisa.kramr and @kelley_kelley_g and also Thank God for unexpected adventures, Zofran, and making it home with one unforgettable story.

Add COACH to my résumé! 😂🏀 🧢

Volunteered myself to “help” with Brad’s Grizzlies basketball team… and somehow became THE COACH.

Which is hilarious for anyone who knows me because I am currently learning basketball basics right alongside a bunch of 3- and 4-year-olds. 😂

They respect me because I’m fun, enthusiastic, and most of my basketball knowledge comes from Space Jam. So basically, I’m qualified. 🏀😂

But y’all… SO CUTE. SO FUN.

And my guy is a little shooter! 🥹🏀 Now we’re working on the minor details… like teamwork, passing, and realizing there’s other tiny humans on the court. 😂

Never thought I’d add “basketball coach” to the list, but here we are.

Why tell my story?

I’ve asked myself that more than once over the last eight months. When I had the opportunity to interview for Women in Power, I said yes.
Then I was selected.
Then came months of conversations, preparation, digging through old chapters of my life and, eventually, production in August.
The Show: Women CEOs Dominating in Male-Dominated Fields.
Which, if you know my story, is kind of funny. 😂
I didn’t grow up in HVAC.
I didn’t come from the trades.
I didn’t spend 20 years preparing to run an HVAC company.
I walked into an industry I knew basically nothing about 2 years ago and decided I could learn.
And I’m still learning.
Walking these studio halls and seeing the stories of celebrities and others who have built incredible things, taken risks, failed, reinvented themselves and kept going hit differently.
Because every story we know now had a chapter where nobody knew how it was going to turn out.
That’s the chapter I’m in.
Building a business with my husband. Raising our little boy. Learning to lead a team. Finding my place in a male-dominated industry even in 2026. Getting some things really right the first time and absolutely screwing some things up, but still making it right.

I’m not telling my story because I’ve made it.
I’m telling it because I’m still in it.
Still building. Still learning. Still becoming.
And maybe we need more stories from this part.
Before the big exit.
Before everything looks polished.
Before you feel completely qualified.
Before you know how it ends.
Because maybe another woman sees a piece of herself in mine and thinks:
Why not me?
And if she does?
That’s why I told it. ❤️

They say communication is SO important in a marriage… and I agree. But I’d also like to add LISTENING to the list. 😂

For the last 6 months, 👀 what I heard was that Kirk was trying to win Guns N’ Roses tickets 🎸from a radio station contest.

So concert week rolls around and I’m thinking, awww, I’m gonna surprise my guy! 🤘🏼❤️

Got the tickets. Surprised him. 👏

And he was… less excited than anticipated. 😂

Turns out, he had been trying to win JOURNEY tickets.

Tomato, tomahto. Apparently not the same thing. 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 BUT, we ended up with a completely impromptu date night, laughed our 🫏 ‘s off about the miscommunication, and had the best time.

We knew approximately 6 of the 31 songs on the lineup, so it’s probably a good thing I didn’t upgrade to VIP. 😂

Marriage lesson of the week:
Communication is important.
Listening might be more important. 🤣

On Cloud 9 with life lately. ☁️9️⃣

Not because life is easy or slow right now, because it’s full and fruitful. 🤍

Decades-long friendships and getting time with my girl @bserna08. So proud of my girl and all she’s building. My boy experiencing @sanantoniocollege Planetarium for the first time 🪐 (mamas with littles….GO. 6:30 PM, inexpensive, and he loved it. DM me if you want to go because we’ll be back 😂).

Watching my boys play their games. A date night with friends + some much-needed comedy. Learning and getting poured into through a live mastermind with THE @rudymawerlife he’s even more brilliant live.

And not even pictured: the BEST day with WE of SA. I can’t begin to explain the love, and community that have come into my life through this group. 🥹

Also pictured: my honey taking calls during a very necessary @salsalitosa stop because… HVAC season. 😂

These are the highlights. The little pockets of life in between the work, the calls, the chaos and the building.

Busy? Absolutely.
Tired? Yep.
Grateful? Beyond.

I’ve been thinking about Dolly Parton lately. 🎀
Not just the accolades, the business empire, the books she’s put into the hands of millions of children, or even her famous and insured DDD’s. 😂

What I admire most is that somewhere along the way to becoming Dolly, she never seemed to discard the woman she was before the world knew her name.

And maybe there’s something in that for all of us.

We spend so much time focused on becoming the next version of ourselves that we can forget the woman who got us here.

Her grit. Her instincts. Her story. Her way of seeing people. The things she learned when nobody was watching.

Grow. Dream bigger. Walk into rooms you never imagined you’d be in.

But don’t discard the woman who got you here in pursuit of the woman you’re becoming.

You’re going to need her where you’re going. 🤍💛

Some people are wired to take the safe route. Amanda Luipasco is not one of those people.

Amanda describes herself as a risk taker, and when you hear her story, it makes sense. She’s been the first in her family to do a lot of things, continuing to step into new territory and build something of her own along the way.

Today, that includes owning One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, and she brings that same willingness to show up, take chances, and build relationships into her business and her community.

Amanda has also been such a supporter of WE of SA, and we love hearing how excited she is for WE Connect SA and what we’re creating. This event really is an extension of what happens inside our community all year long: bringing people together, learning from one another, and creating opportunities for relationships and collaboration to grow.

We’re so grateful Amanda chose to be part of our first WE Connect SA and can’t wait to have her in the room on September 9th!

It’s easy to forget why you started building it all in first place and who you’re building it for. 🤍

We went to Miami as a family this week for my production 🙋🏻‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️and had the BEST time. And looking back at all these pictures and videos, you’d probably think it was all beach, sunshine and fun.

It was but not all of it was sunshine. 😂

There were customer calls 24/7from the beach. Laptops coming out whenever we had a window. And more stuff that didn’t make the camera roll.

I’m so grateful we get to do things like this together. And I’m proud of what Kirk and I are building. But owning a business also has a way of following you everywhere if you let it. We eat. Sleep and breathe this business. Right now, it goes where we go. I joke we have twins with Bradley and this Biz Baby!

I think I needed this trip to remind me that the goal was never just to work harder and build a bigger business.

It was more freedom. More experiences. More choices. More time together. And you can do it simultaneously!

Well… I’ve been keeping a pretty big secret. 🎬💗
Earlier this year, I found out I had been officially selected and cast for Women in Power.
And honestly, seeing my full name next to the words “Woman in Power” made me laugh a little.
Because powerful isn’t really how I would describe most of my life.
Faithful? Trying. 😂
Willing to take a risk? Definitely.
Certain about where any of it is going? Almost never.
But when I look back, there is one thread I can see so clearly now:
God says go. And, I say yes.
Going away to school. Traveling the world. Business ownership… in HVAC. 😂
None of it has been a straight line.
I’ve failed. I’ve questioned myself. I’ve taken some really scary leaps. And I’ve had plenty of moments where I wondered, God, are you SURE this is where we’re going?
But I can look backward now and see how one yes prepared me for the next.
And I think that’s what makes this opportunity mean so much to me.
I also know wherever HE appoints you, HE will anoint you. 🙏
I feel incredibly blessed to be a woman who has learned to hear the Holy Spirit whisper and eventually goes!
So when this opportunity came...
I said yes again. ❤️
And now I finally get to bring you guys along for this one.
