6 months of arthur. I’ll never get over the transition from day to night. The subtle glow, the chatter of the room, the warmth that’s only possible with the people in it. Thank you for your support and for choosing to spend time with us. And for those of you that haven’t made it in yet, looking forward to hosting you.

A huge thanks to the team that has helped us get here. Although some have passed through our doors and moved on to other dreams and desires, we wouldn’t be here without you. Appreciate you choosing to be a part of the room and for making this tiny restaurant possible.

Taking a moment to celebrate where we are.

We’ve been open for nearly four months. Enough time to see a seasonal shift from spring into summer. Not quite the beginning, not yet settled in. Heatwaves, near flooding. Broken a/c’s, walk-in’s and ice machines. Ramps, spring peas, asparagus, tomatoes. Every day is a chance to make small, incremental improvements.

Thankful to our team that has been there from the start and new faces on the floor. Neighbors who come back week after week and those of you trying us out for the first time - thanks for trusting us with your night.

We are proud of our recognition from publications, writers and institutions.

Building something fun over here, come drink champagne and celebrate with us 🥂

Behind the Pass Vol. 04 - Arthur x PDF Part 1: The Vibes

Back again to Feb of 2025. Crazy to think that @kg.finch and @thealexa were still living in Utah and this was @eatwitharthur pop up #3 with Wildtype. New location this time at Place des Fêtes! @pdfbk is such a wonderful space - gorgeous open kitchen, warm & friendly staff, tasty AF dishes, juicy wines, and the perfect mood lighting for any kind of night out.

This was my first time shooting at PDF, and luckily wasn’t my last because I really enjoyed shooting there!Thanks for letting me into your kitchen, @growcookeatlive ! Here are some of my favorite pics of the night. Part 2 with the food on deck!

05.26.2018 The Newly Wells

Happy anniversary to @anupama.loves and @jlwells5 ! May we all be so lucky to find the love that you two have. 8 years of beautiful marriage between these two down and a lifetime more to go! Love you two!

What a weekend out in Newport. I guess I also thought this was the perfect time for me to shoot film on a DSLR for the first time! I shot all of these on a Nikon FM10, a 60mm f/2.8 macro lens, with just one roll of color and one roll of black & white. I guess I really do enjoy making things more difficult than they need to be. A very welcome challenge that I think paid off! I’m having a blast going through my archive and I’m very pleased with how 2018 Nick got these to develop. It was such a fun challenge working with the limited shots on hand while also having to manually focus using a split prism system. I guess this is a good reminder to get back to shooting on film!
