It’s been one week. First of all I want to thank God for giving me strength to pull through on my good and bad days. I beat my last package and couldn’t be more proud. I received 🥈in my second fitmodel show. Thank you all who supported me family, friends and gym family throughout this journey that means the world to me! I couldn’t have done it alone! This is only the begging of an evolving division. I’m still not done! I’m processing the feedback and getting back to work!

First I want to thank God for always giving me the strength to push harder. I finally made it to my fit model debut and I couldn’t be more proud of the package I brought. My goal was top 3 and I got🥈🥉. I couldn’t have done it alone and I’m blessed to have an amazing team♥️🙏🏻

Thank you to my coaches prep @mextarzan for dialing me in and pushing me to my limits, posing coach @laurenvlovato @thealignedfitmethod for your patience, guidance, building confidence, and my family especially daughters who are yet to miss a show.

This is only the beginning to a new evolving division. Excited for all that is ahead. Time to take the judges feedback and get back to work LFG👊🏻🔥

NEW YOUTUBE VLOG IS LIVE 🎥🤍

Okay, this one is WAY overdue, so thank you for being patient with me while I worked through all of this footage. 😅

This vlog takes you behind the scenes of my first IFBB Pro Fit Model show of the 2026 season at Wasatch Warrior, but it’s honestly so much more than just a competition vlog.

You’ll come along for peak week prep, body work, skin prep, the Center Podium Mega Seminar, getting feedback from the head judge before stepping on stage, coaching my clients, traveling to Salt Lake City with my sister, show day, and then finishing the vlog in Colorado celebrating my sister’s wedding.

One thing I’ve really been trying to do with my YouTube videos is show what prep actually looks like in real life. Yes, there’s the stage and the glam side of things, but there’s also the early mornings, check-ins, meal prep, travel, work, family time, and trying to balance it all while chasing a big goal.

Looking back, this vlog captures such a special season of life, and I’m really grateful I got to document it.

If you watch it, let me know your favorite part. 🤍

If you’ve been waiting to stock up on supplements, now is a good time. 🙌🏼

@globalformulas is running a 24-hour Athlete Series sale and you can save 15% sitewide with my code LLOV15.

I get asked all the time what supplements I actually use, and these are the ones that stay in my routine year-round:

✨ Bio-Repair
✨ Bio-Endure
✨ Bio-Pump’d
✨ Pro-Zero
✨ Bio-Power

Whether I’m in prep, traveling, training, coaching clients, or just trying to stay healthy and feel my best, these are products I consistently come back to.

I never recommend things just because I’m partnered with a company. If I don’t genuinely use it, I won’t talk about it. Period.

If you’ve been wanting to try anything from Global Formulas or need to restock your favorites, this is a great opportunity to save a little money.

Thank you guys for always supporting the brands that support me and my journey. It truly means so much. 🤍🥹

One month. 🤍
No crash diets. No starving myself. No “quick fix.”
Just consistency, trust in the process, and showing up even on the hard days.
I still have a long way to go, but I’m already feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident in my own skin again. The biggest difference isn’t just physical… it’s the mindset shift.
So thankful to have an amazing coach, Lauren Lovato, guiding me through The Alignment Method and helping me learn how to truly fuel my body, train with purpose, and become the best version of myself. 🤍

Prep season without destroying your energy >>> ⚡️

A huge part of my routine right now has been focusing on recovery, digestion, performance, and staying consistent through long days of training, cardio, work, and travel.

I’m super picky about what I use, which is why I’ve genuinely loved being partnered with @globalformulas 🤍

The Mother’s Day sale was extended through TODAY only, so if you’ve been wanting to try anything, now’s the time.
