Dear Friend,
When you remind yourself daily how blessed you are, your brain will adapt and maintain a better and more confident life by losing the urge to quit or feel sad by finding more ways to keep improving and living a happier and more fulfilling life. Remember, no matter how hard your life is, if you believe it will get better, it will!

😳 Wow. I unexpectedly received this love today from one of my students in my Quiet Voice Big Impact I.C.O.N. Mastermind. Thanks so much @theallyrose ! 🙏❤️
.
I’m so honored that my support is creating such a powerful impact on her + her biz. It gives me so much joy seeing her create success on her own terms by owning her natural strengths as an introverted leader. 🐢🌟
.
I’ve always believed that when you share your value from a pure and heart-felt place by being exactly who you are, that’s when real magic happens.✨

I have had a hard time with this recently, I admit. But life has a weird way of working things out. Taking time to actually think about situations and not beat yourself up is the key to mental growth. These past few days have taught me a lot about myself and my strength to actually keep going, to keep fighting the good fight of life. I will not be put down any longer. I will not let my past define my future. I have a good group of people in my life that love and support me, that won't give up when the going gets tough. Thank you again to all who stuck by me (even when I'm unbearable) and still believe, you're the reason I continue! Cheers to a great adventure in Cali, and a successful semester!!! #liberation #realization #theonesthatmatter #loveyourself #gains #goals #wontbestopped #thankyou

Hey! Who's down for some adventure right here in Windber, PA?! We here at @seetheworldincolor couldn't be any more pumped to be hosting our very first pop-up-adventure on October 31st, 2015!

A full day of hiking, climbing, photographs, conversations, education, and FUN in the forest! After an action packed day, we'll be hanging for an epic night of back country primitive camping and stargazing in the wilderness of the Gallitzin State Forest near this overlook!

There are only 14 spots still open and they are moving FAST! This is going to be so sick, I would love to have you on board! Let me know if you are interested in the comments below or tag a friend who might be interested. Clear skies 😁

"If your heart is a volcano, how shall you expect flowers to bloom?" When traveling to and through Nicaragua, one of the most noticeable land features one sees are the volcanoes. From dormant volcanoes where swimmable pools of water have filled their crater rims to active volcanoes huffing and puffing from deep within their magma reservoirs.
This is San Cristóbal, the largest active volcano in Nicaragua! San Cristóbal rises nearly 6,000 feet into the sky and last erupted in 2014! This photo does no justice to the scene. When one stands near the volcano, it is impossible to ignore the immense powers that our earth has continually called upon to create such a majestic cone shaped volcano! Best of all, you can climb directly to the top of this active, smoking giant! Any takers?!? ➡️ @seetheworldincolor

September 2nd, 2015 - "The cave that you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek." After a busy morning working here in Nicaragua we decided to head out and climb some rocks, big surprise, haha! While making our way up and down the cliffs on Playa Marsella we found this wild cave that the salty ocean water has hollowed out during countless high tides. Chalk up another amazing adventure into the books! I can't wait to see the next experience the winds will blow my way while traveling here in Central America!

Massive shout out to @seetheworldincolor for creating such an amazing platform for cross cultural travel/adventure and for the photo, @prana for the indestructible threads, @mountainsmith for supplying the solid pack that I fully trust to carry all my camera gear during all of my adventures and of course all of the beautiful Nicaraguan people we've met so far, your country is pure beauty! I rep this hat 💯.

August 31st, 2015 - We were on the hunt for new adventures in Nicaragua today when we stumbled upon Playa San Lorenzo. What a beautiful hidden gem to find! We spent some time gathering footage, riding the motorcycles on the hard pack sand and swimming in the ocean! The sea can pump out some HUGE waves here --- so big that it can rip a GoPro right out of your hand, haha! Don't worry, we found it somehow!?!? I can't wait to drop some of that footage on the @seetheworldincolor page and also show people Nicaragua's beauty in person! Head over to the See The World In Color Instagram Page for details about how you can join us on our next trip to beautiful Nicaragua!
