Creating a vision and using a vision board are essential if you want to grow your business, your life, and achieve your wildest dreams. But, often people fail to understand the principles behind vision boards and so they’ll claim that it doesn’t work.

My dad’s retiring this year after 27 years of service as a pilot in the Air Force.

My little brother graduated basic training in the fall and is crushing his new assignment in New Mexico.

My grandpa flew over 20 combat missions as a gunship pilot during Vietnam.

My great grandpa was a flight instructor during WWII and was a founding member of the Alaska Air National Guard.

If you go far enough back my ancestors fought during the Revolutionary War (on both sides 🙃).

I’m overwhelmingly proud of my military heritage, so it only made sense for me to check out BYU’s ROTC program this semester.

They took us out on Blackhawks today, and it was the coolest thing I’ve ever done. I’ve got the flying bug now, but I come by it honestly 🤷‍♂️

Seeing @theamyearle and @theamandabush share their experiences feels less like entertainment lately… and more like a mirror.

This is what happens when emotional load goes unprocessed.

So many of us are quietly carrying:
🤍 motherhood stress
🤍 relationship strain
🤍 past hurt
🤍 unmet expectations
🤍 pressure to “hold it together”

And eventually… it spills over.

Sweet friend, God never designed you to carry everything alone.

You’re allowed to rest.
You’re allowed to ask for help.
You’re allowed to lay it down at His feet.

Healing starts when we stop pretending we’re fine and start letting God in.

They taught us how to eat better.
They taught us how to move our bodies.
