Funny how preparation looks like luck to people who only see the results.

We spent today planning for 2027, and one thing I know for sure: a new year means nothing without a new level of intention.

The conversations, the strategy, the uncomfortable decisions, the discipline to follow through… that’s where the real growth happens.

The results may look like luck, but the work is always intentional.

2027, we’re already working on you.

Busy isn’t the goal. Progress is. 👏🏾

One thing I’ve learned as an entrepreneur is that just because your calendar is FULL doesn’t mean your business is moving FORWARD.

Mondays are protected for me. Not because I have nothing to do, but because I have too much to accomplish to spend the entire week reacting.

We review our clients, priorities, deadlines, what’s working, what’s not, and where we need to make adjustments.

And here’s something I want every business owner to understand:

You don’t have to wait until you’re overwhelmed to create structure.

Whether you’re a one-person operation or managing a team of 10, you need dedicated time to work ON your business, not just IN it.

This is exactly what I teach inside @AscendAcademy. Because building a successful business is one thing. Building one that doesn’t depend on you for every little decision? That’s a whole different level.

So here’s my question for you:

Are you actually moving your business forward, or are you just staying busy? 👀

Save this as your reminder to get intentional with your week, and send it to a business owner who needs to hear it.

4 things I would tell ANY real estate agent, no matter where you are in your career 👇🏾

1️⃣ Switch your process. If it’s not working, stop forcing it. Adjust.

2️⃣ Be solution-based. Problems will come. Train yourself to immediately look for the solution.

3️⃣ Stand on business. Know when to hold and know when to fold. Not every deal, client, or opportunity is worth compromising yourself for.

4️⃣ Don’t sit in the emotions of the business. A deal may fall apart. You may not get chosen. Give yourself 15 minutes, feel it, then GET BACK TO BUSINESS. 💯

I’ve learned a LOT building and scaling my business—and tonight, I’m putting it all on the table.

🚨 FREE LIVE MASTERCLASS TONIGHT AT 7 PM for agents + entrepreneurs. I’m breaking down how I scaled, the systems I built, the mistakes I made, and what had to change for my business to grow beyond me.

Choose your hard. 🤎

One thing life has taught me is that growth doesn’t always feel good. Sometimes it requires uncomfortable decisions, discipline when motivation is nowhere to be found, setting boundaries, letting go, starting over, or trusting God when you can’t see what’s next.

But staying where you are comes with its own challenges, too.

And as I continue to grow, both personally and professionally, I’m learning that discomfort isn’t always a bad thing. Sometimes it’s necessary to become the person you’re working toward.

Life will be hard either way. Choose the hard that moves you forward.

Save this for the days when choosing growth feels uncomfortable, and send it to someone who needs the reminder. 🤎

On Purpose October. 🤎

Pray about it. Write the vision. Show up for it. And keep the promises you make to yourself.

No big reinvention. Just more intention.

What are you being more intentional about this month?

📅 THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 24 | 7 PM

My REALTORS® + entrepreneurs who KNOW they’re built for more….. this one is for you.

You know how to work. You know how to make money. But if the next level of your business has you asking…

“What should I delegate?”
“Who should I hire?”
“How do I get everything out of my head and into a system?”
“How do I let go without everything falling apart?”

We’re talking about ALL of it Thursday.

I’m breaking down my IBM Framework™ — Identify. Build. Multiply. and the strategies I’ve used to build a profitable business while creating more time, income + freedom.

Inside the training, we’re getting into:

✅ The income-producing activities that actually move your business forward
✅ What needs to come off your plate — and what should stay
✅ What to delegate and WHO should own it
✅ How to turn what’s in your head into repeatable systems
✅ How to hire, train + build the right support
✅ How to lead a team without everything still depending on YOU
✅ How to create the capacity to take on MORE business without adding more hours to your day

Because there comes a point where the answer to more growth cannot keep being more of YOU.

More systems. More support. More capacity.

GROW MORE. CARRY LESS.™

Okay, so no… it’s not a book 😂

I know some of y’all have been trying to figure out what I’ve been working on, so here it is.

09.24.26 — I’m teaching it LIVE.

Built to Multiply™ is a FREE live training for producing REALTORS®, entrepreneurs + established business owners who are ready to grow without everything continuing to depend on them.

Registration is officially OPEN - reserve your seat at the link in my bio.

Here’s why I built it…

At some point, I realized I didn’t just want a successful real estate career. I wanted to build a successful real estate BUSINESS.

And there’s a difference.

I knew how to get clients, close deals and produce. But the more I produced, the more I had to carry.

It wasn’t until I started building the business behind the real estate; systems, team, delegation, processes, leadership + structure…. that things really started to multiply.

And here’s what I learned:

Building the business behind the business actually gave me the capacity to produce MORE.

More clients. More opportunities. More revenue.
Without every bit of that growth requiring more of me.

When I broke down what I had built, I realized there was a strategy to it:

IDENTIFY. BUILD. MULTIPLY.™

The IBM Framework™.

And REALTORS® you are not “just an agent.” You are a business owner. It’s time to start building like one.

But this framework is NOT just for real estate.

Maybe you sell homes.
Maybe you provide a service.
Maybe you run a company.
Maybe you’re doing everything yourself and you’re finally ready to hire.
Maybe you already have a team, but somehow every question, decision and problem still comes back to YOU.

Different businesses. Same growing pains.

Hiring. Delegation. Systems. SOPs. Onboarding. Leadership. Structure.

Those aren’t real estate problems.

Those are BUSINESS problems.

There is a strategy to building this differently.

I’ve lived it. I’ve built it. I’ve learned a LOT through it.

And now I’m ready to teach it.

Because the goal isn’t just MORE business.

It’s building a business with the capacity to HANDLE the more you’re asking for.

See you LIVE. 🖤

Business was business-ing… but so was I. 😂

For a long time, I thought the proof of a successful business was simple: clients were happy, money was being made, the team was growing and we were getting results.

And while I’m extremely proud of what I built, eventually I had to ask myself a harder question:

How much of this actually works without me?

Whew. 😭

That question changed the way I looked at EVERYTHING.

The way I hired.
The way I delegated.
The way I built systems.
The things I stopped doing.
The people I hired too quickly.
The people I probably should’ve fired quicker. 😂

So I’m starting a little series about it.

No gatekeeping. I’m breaking down what worked, what didn’t, what I would do differently, and the changes that helped me go from being the business to actually building one.

And I’m still building. Still refining. Still learning.

But if something I learned the hard way can save another business owner some time, money or unnecessary burnout? I’m sharing it.

Because one thing I know for sure:

SUCCESS ≠ BURNOUT.

Business owners, talk to me 👇🏾
Are you still a one-man show, or are you making money but realizing everything still depends on you?

Part 2… we’re getting into the HOW. 👀

This week, I asked business owners one question:

If you stopped answering your phone, texts and emails for 7 days… would things still get handled without you?

79% said absolutely not.

And that told me everything.

Because you can build a successful business…

and still build it in a way that requires you to carry all of it.

Every new client needs more of you.
Every problem comes back to you.
Every decision waits on you.
Every opportunity adds something else to your plate.

Until eventually…

YOU become the ceiling.

Not because you aren’t capable.

Because there is only one of you.

And you cannot multiply what only exists in your head, your hands and your time.

So maybe the question isn’t:

“How do I get more?”

Maybe it’s:

“Can what I’ve already built carry more without requiring more of me?”

That’s a different question.

And it requires a different way of building.

I told you… I’ve been working on that part.

What happens after you become successful at the thing you prayed would work?

Nobody really talks about that part.

You prayed for the clients.
The opportunities.
The growth.

Then it comes.

And now you’re somewhere between “I made it happen” and “I want more” when you realize…

More growth keeps requiring more of YOU.

More of your time.
More of your attention.
More hats for you to wear.

And there’s only so much of you to go around.

But what if I told you that more success shouldn’t always require more of you?

At some point, success has to become sustainable beyond your own capacity.

That requires a different way of building.

I’ve been working on that part.
