4 things I would tell ANY real estate agent, no matter where you are in your career 👇🏾

1️⃣ Switch your process. If it’s not working, stop forcing it. Adjust.

2️⃣ Be solution-based. Problems will come. Train yourself to immediately look for the solution.

3️⃣ Stand on business. Know when to hold and know when to fold. Not every deal, client, or opportunity is worth compromising yourself for.

4️⃣ Don’t sit in the emotions of the business. A deal may fall apart. You may not get chosen. Give yourself 15 minutes, feel it, then GET BACK TO BUSINESS. 💯

I’ve learned a LOT building and scaling my business—and tonight, I’m putting it all on the table.

Choose your hard. 🤎

One thing life has taught me is that growth doesn’t always feel good. Sometimes it requires uncomfortable decisions, discipline when motivation is nowhere to be found, setting boundaries, letting go, starting over, or trusting God when you can’t see what’s next.

But staying where you are comes with its own challenges, too.

And as I continue to grow, both personally and professionally, I’m learning that discomfort isn’t always a bad thing. Sometimes it’s necessary to become the person you’re working toward.

Life will be hard either way. Choose the hard that moves you forward.
