VALDCON 2026 was electric. 🇦🇺

Unforgettable week in Brissy with friends from around the world. Pretty special getting the chance to learn from some of the best in the game and have a hell of a time along the way.

Grateful to be part of this team. Strap in for what’s coming next…👀

The week building up to VALDCON in Brisbane, Australia 🇦🇺

An incredible opportunity to spend time at VALD HQ, connect with teammates from around the world, sharpen our knowledge, and see where the future of human performance technology is heading.

And there couldn’t be a better time to be here.

With @gymaware and @bridgeathletic recently joining VALD, the ecosystem continues to grow, connecting objective testing, training, programming and performance data in ways we haven’t been able to before.

For me, this week is about learning, connecting, and bringing that knowledge back home so I can better support the coaches, clinicians and performance professionals I work with.

Looking forward to VALDCON and everything ahead.

🔥 BASELINE PERFORMANCE TESTING x VALD 🔥
We’re raising the standard at Elite Sports Center. 💪🏽
Our NISOW Elite Flag Football athletes are getting baseline performance testing through VALD, giving us real data to track their development throughout the program. 📊
These numbers help us:
🏃‍♀️ Understand each athlete’s strengths
📈 Identify areas for improvement
🎯 Create more individualized development plans
💥 Track progress over time
🏆 Build better, stronger, more complete athletes
It’s also a great opportunity for our athletes to see where they currently stand athletically — and where they can improve.
This is more than testing. This is development.
VALD performance testing will be a staple at Elite Sports Center, and we plan to utilize it with athletes across all of our programs.
🚨 NISOW TRYOUTS COMING SOON.
Are you ready to see what you’re capable of?

It’s understated how much I value this team and in-person events with them. Since I’ll be missing VALDcon this year, I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to gather in Charlotte with a small portion of the team (yes, there’s lots of us missing here - biiiiig VALD coverage over North America) 🧡

How great it is to be surrounded by colleagues with similar (but also so different) mindsets. Peek at the workouts we got done throughout the week - shoutout to my workout buddies 💪🏼 Still catching up on sleep but how fun is it to workout with a buddy?!

Extra shoutout to the best team out there: west coast best coast aka the wild wilddd west 🤠

I’ll miss you all in Aus but thanks for a wonderful week pushing the needle forward! 📈

Awesome week with the North American VALD crew. 🙌🌎

We spend so much time on video calls that it’s easy to forget how valuable it is to actually get everyone together in person. It was great catching up with teammates from across the U.S. and Canada, talking sport science, sharing ideas, planning for the year ahead, and spending time together outside of work. 🧠📊

The conversations were great, the pickleball got surprisingly competitive, and I’m leaving with a lot of new ideas to bring back to my territory. 🏓😂

Grateful for the team and already looking forward to the next one. 💪

Please forgive me if I forgot to tag you 😅

🟠 VALD SQUAD

What an incredible week in Charlotte, NC. Grateful for the opportunity to officially kick off my journey with @vald_health @vald_performance and spend time with an amazing group of people from across North America.

The onboarding was INTENSE, but what stood out most were the relationships. Meeting talented clinicians, coaches, and teammates who all share a passion for helping people.

The pickleball event was definitely a highlight with some friendly competition, plenty of laughs, and a great way to get to know everyone outside the classroom.

Looking forward to bringing this energy back to my territory and help more clinicians and performance professionals use objective data to improve outcomes.

The future of girls flag football is bright. 💪🏈🔥

A huge thank you to all the athletes who came out to our inaugural NISOW Elite Girls Flag Football tryouts! The talent, effort, energy, and competitiveness on display were incredible.

This is just the beginning. We’re building something special and can’t wait to get started with practices, tournaments, and helping these athletes develop both on and off the field.

Congratulations to everyone who earned a spot, and thank you to all the families for trusting us with your athletes.

NISOW Elite starts now. 🚀

What a day yesterday! Super honored and grateful to throw out the first pitch yesterday at Wrigley Field! Huge shoutout to the @cubs and @firstteechicago on inviting me to be part of something I never imagined I’d do. Have to give a huge shoutout to my wife, Margaret, a lifelong Cubs fan, that has instilled my love for Wrigley, Chicago, and the Cubs the past 10 years! #GoCubbies

Thanks to family and friends for coming out to Wrigley to watch! Also honored to do it on Northwestern Alumni night and awesome to see all the NU Cats that came! One of the most nervous experiences of my life (because I never played baseball, ever 😅) but managed to throw a high floater that Clark could catch! Back to my day job now! ⛳️
