Today marks five years of living in the greatest city in the world! It has brought me more joy, life long friends, memories, and opportunities than I could have ever asked for! I will forever be in love with this city and I can’t believe I moved here at 18 years old ready to begin this journey! I wish I could thank every single person individually, whether you stayed for the journey or walked in and out of my life. Words can’t even explain how much you all mean to me! Thank you to everyone who has made it worth every second 🤍

“Dear Bill, Say Something”

Our submission for @jakmalone_’s #JaksFanArtClub is a story of many worlds colliding. One of our favorite shows is @mincemeatbway and one of Sam’s favorite artists is @agreatbigworld. We had created this musical mashup for our Broadway Boombox show in 2025 and were so excited for the opportunity to revisit it, complete with Sam’s first foray into animation.

Featuring our voices, this collaboration is in many ways many worlds colliding. It’s not just the Mincemeat/A Great Big World collision; it’s a representation of our collaboration, which is in many ways a collision in its own right. Though we came from different backgrounds, different worlds, we somehow found each other. We feel so lucky to have collided with each other, with these songs, and with art.

Here’s to more.

Happy Pride to all our LGBTQ+ friends!!! After being inspired by a little hockey show, we’ve been cooking up a little surprise and we’re so excited to release it today! We continue to be grateful for art that celebrates queer joy and love, especially in times where so many want to squash those truths. To anyone who sees this, we hope you know that you can always find solace and comfort with us. We hope you continue to find sunshine in your lives and we hope you know that you are sunshine to someone else as well.

With immense gratitude to Uriah Roman (who has the most incredible eye), Madison Roberts (for the stunning looks in this video), Melony Reyes (for bringing light to the screen), Royal Family Productions (for hosting us in your beautiful space), and to Tanner Hodson (our multi-hyphenate artistic wonder, without whom none of this would be possible).

To celebrate Pride month, Judy interviews queer composer/lyricist team Elspeth Collard and Sam Rosenblatt (@collard.rosenblatt.collabs) who’ve been writing shows together since meeting at the NYU graduate musical theater program 8 years ago. Additionally, Judy shares music from Collard and Rosenblatt’s shows, as well as some tunes from other LGBTQ+ characters in modern musical theater.

Are the quotes super tiny?
Yes
So tiny that they will most likely blur over time?
Also yes.
Did I go over all of this with my client beforehand??
Ofc I did! And then some..

What some artists forget is that we are in a service industry. While yes we can and should give our clients the best guidance as far as sizing, placement, etc. Whatever the case may be…the tattoos will live on said client, and as such, they should be able to get what it is they want…within reason ofc.

For these, we went with a fairly simple font that way as it ages and blurs, it won’t lose any super finer details. Also forgot to record the stencil of first quote 😭
