A little day out at The Baby Show at Olympia London!

So many inspiring brands, insightful talks and some seriously good bargains, with up to 20% off at many stands.

You can also pick up free goodies from some brands! There’s a café to grab a coffee and take a break, plus dedicated baby feeding and breastfeeding areas.

If you’re expecting or a new parent, it’s definitely worth the visit!

Hopefully, next time you’ll see First Kid London there too! 🤭🩵

I met countless wonderful people and had so many positive experiences and interactions at @thebabyshowofficial this weekend.

One (of many) that stuck with me was with Mel, from @babyartstudios. Mel approached me because, even though there is no legal or regulatory requirement for them to do so, as they spend prolonged periods of time with babies they WANT to have their staff. First Aid trained. This goes to show that, not only do they create stunning photographs, but they care about providing the best possible service AND keeping the babies in their care safe (despite parents also being present at all times).

We discussed what they wanted and needed for their staff and agreed that the blended Paediatric First Aid course would be most appropriate training. This will provide their staff with the confidence, skills and knowledge they will need in an emergency, along with a certificate for a regulated training course to show they really mean it!

I look forward to working with them 🙂

Still buzzing from such a lovely day at @thebabyshowofficial with @parentstarsuk 🥹🤍

So grateful to have been invited! I spent hours chatting to some amazing brands, meeting face to face with businesses I’ve worked with on UGC projects, and finally getting to try products I’ve only ever seen online!

It was SO lovely to meet everyone, discover new brands and get hands-on with so many products.

There were so many amazing finds, but these are a few that really stood out to me! 🍼✨

AD| What if the inspiration for calming your baby came from a sensation they knew before they were born?

I’ve been keeping this under wraps for a while, and I can finally introduce you to Pulsi from @mambaby_uk — the first device of its kind to mimic the natural pulsation of the umbilical cord 🤍

That’s what makes this so fascinating. Developed with healthcare professionals, Pulsi uses patented “sawtooth” pulsation technology to recreate that distinctive rhythm, bringing a familiar sensation from the womb into the world to help babies feel calm and reassured.

There are three adjustable pulsation settings to suit your baby, and two age-specific versions. Phoenix and I have been using the smaller, lighter 0–4 month model, which has gentler pulsations designed for those earliest months.

As a mum of three, I’ve tried plenty of baby products. The thinking behind this one really caught my attention, and I’m excited to partner with MAM to share how they’re supporting parents with this new approach to baby calming.
