Tune in at 1900 CST

A powerful conversation with @that_stache_guy @stache.salt

Sometimes what we bring is hope. Hope, that even though its bad and it may not workout, humanity was brought to their final moments. The outcomes are not always successful but they can always bring a light to the dark times for the people we serve.

the backstep’s made it to Florida for the Polk county fools conference!! Definitely our biggest conference to date so far, so excited for the guys & our two new instructors that got inducted this week.

absolutely love traveling to new places with my favorite human to spread the backstep message! we’ve been all over, about a year ago this all started in Athens, GA for their first conference and it’s taken off exponentially since. I’m so grateful I get to travel alongside my fiance & watch him do something he’s so passionate about and explore the cities we go to.

Recently got out of an art block & picked up drawing & painting again! Ended up cranking out these leather gloves for @thebackstep_ and for my first pair I’ve ever done in this style especially I’m pretty satisfied with how they turned out!

We want to give a HUGE congratulations to Tyler Pinard & Mark Neal on the dedication, hard work and knowledge they have brought to Backstep Fire Training. Not only do these men bring a wealth of expertise to the cadre they are constantly out taking classes to better themselves. Tonight while the cadre is down in Florida teaching the truck and engine class at the @nocoastfireconference Tyler and Mark left the role of assistant instructors and into a full Instructor role. Way to ear your spot brothers!
