So proud of Norah and Cara for taking on this challenge with me. Norah hasn't tapped dance in years and Cara only started learning tap recently!

It’s been almost a week since our incredible retreat, and my heart is still so full from our Cape Cod Women’s Wellness Weekend — the laughter, the tears, the hot sauna and cold plunges in the lake, the sunshine and the rain. We moved, breathed, created, and connected in the most beautiful ways.

From meditation on the beach to yoga practices that grounded and uplifted us, every moment felt like a reminder of what it means to come home to ourselves. We made art, shared delicious meals, crafted seed bead bracelets, and had the kind of deep conversations that leave you changed.

There was so much joy, so much rest, and so much love. New friendships were formed, old layers shed, and the magic of community did what it always does — it healed, inspired, and recharged us all.

Thank you to every woman who showed up with an open heart. You made this retreat unforgettable — and I can’t wait for what’s next. 🌿✨

As we wrap up our day here at @upstream_aquatics_ , we are finalizing our quarterly newsletter, and are so very proud of the work that we've been challenged by this semester @eforallcapecod (including public speaking, yay!)

Blue or Red, Elephant or Donkey, we feel tonight more than ever: sport unites us. Unbelievable to be leading this group here on Cape Cod; in America. Reflecting on so many of our privileges that some may never know.

Unlocking this sport to those who need it, is beyond liberating. Every heart deserves to swim. ♥️💙♥️

Are you going to bed any time soon? Signing off here ✌️

Still enjoying the photos from @makoretreats October Women's Yoga Retreat that we provided vegetarian & vegan catering for. #nourishingfood 😋
