We “celebrated” (although I’m not feeling super thrilled about it 🥹🥲) Mia’s last day of elementary school with an incredibly busy/ fun day with her fiends. We roller skated, ate lots of chicken nuggets, pizza & ice cream & finished the night with a sleepover of course! Get those glutes in shape with these killer exercises!
1. Squats: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, then bend your knees and lower your body down until your thighs are parallel to the ground.
2. Lunges: Stand with your feet together, take a large step forward with one foot, and lower your body down until your back knee is almost touching the ground.
3. Deadlifts: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, bend down and grab a weight or barbell with your hands shoulder-width apart, and lift up to hip level.
4. Glute bridges: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground, then lift your hips up towards the ceiling.
5. Hip thrusts: Sit on the edge of a bench or chair with your feet flat on the floor, then lift your hips up and squeeze your glutes.
Don't forget to stretch and warm up before starting any exercise routine!
