Your gallbladder doesn’t work alone. So why only talk about the gallbladder?

Your liver makes bile. Your gallbladder stores and releases it. Your gut uses it to help digest fats. They work together—and understanding that connection matters.

In Class 2 of my Gallbladder Health course, I break down how all three connect.

People see the healthy duo. They don’t always see what started it.

About 15 years ago, I told Baldo, “I have a problem with alcohol.” I quit. He cut back to support me. That’s friendship.

From there, getting healthier became something we did together—and helping others became our mission.

Learning about our MTHFR variants gave us more questions to explore. It wasn’t an explanation for everything, but it pushed us to pay closer attention to our habits.

Who’s the friend who makes you want to take better care of yourself?

💯 100 Issues. Not One Story Told the Same Way.

Most founders think a better story means learning more. More frameworks, more formats, more tools that did not exist last year.

So they keep adding, and the story drifts away from the thing that made it worth telling.

Great stories do not work that way. They do 7 things.

For the 100th issue of the Storytelling for Entrepreneurs (link in comments), I went back and reread every founder story I have run.

Different industries. Different decades. Different people.

The same 7 things underneath every one. What you will learn in this issue:

• What those Lucky 7 are and what happens when yours skips one
• The numbers behind 100 straight weeks
• A short video on the fundamentals that never change

Enjoy getting lucky with these 7 fundamentals...LG

Wrapping up the 100th issue of Storytelling for Entrepreneurs this Sunday morning, and I decided to roll up a few of the numbers from the last 100 weeks into one infographic.

Some of them are pretty wild:

◘ 298,911 emails delivered.
◘ 168,238 opens.
◘ 5,693 subscribers.
◘ 56.28% average open rate.

But the number I’m probably most proud of?

💯 weeks straight. Zero weeks missed.

Every Tuesday morning, one way or another, we showed up.

Some issues crushed. Some didn’t. Some sparked emails and conversations I never expected. A few even led to clients and projects.

Been such a cool ride and proud and lucky to have The Baldo Garza be there for all of it as my newsletter operations manager. #2ndtoNone

And 1,315 people decided it wasn’t for them along the way too. 😂
What a ride.

Really grateful to everyone who has opened one, shared one, replied to one, or read all 100.

Issue #100 hits inboxes Tuesday at 6:03 a.m.

Your liver is doing more than you think every single day.

I created this six week live course to help you understand what your liver does, why fat shows up in it, how your gut and liver work together, what MTHFR actually means, and how to build a realistic liver protocol.

Classes begin September 8 and meet every Tuesday at 5:30 PM CST.

Sign up at www.schoolofdoza.com and join me live so you can ask questions and start applying what you learn right away.

What you teach your kids about food starts WAY before they can choose for themselves.

Baldo’s daughter is over a year old and still hasn’t had added sugar.

Why? Because he’s teaching her to eat WHOLE FOODS from the beginning. 🍓🥑🥩

You don’t have to wait until your kids are older to teach healthy habits. Start them young.

The truth is, most people don’t need another diet. They need a better understanding of how their body actually works.

That’s exactly why I created this live course.

Over six weeks, I’ll teach you the nutritional principles I use every day in clinic to help people understand why they’re struggling with weight, what drives fat storage, how hunger really works, and how sleep, stress, gut health, and food choices all fit together.

We’ll cover:
📉 Why the weight won’t come off
🔥 The fat storage switch
🥩 Protein, hunger, and real fullness
🦠 Cravings, processed foods, and your gut
😴 Sleep, stress, and the weight you can’t lose
📝 How to build your own sustainable weight loss protocol

Every class is live, so you’ll be able to ask questions and leave with practical strategies you can apply immediately.

July 9 – August 13
Thursdays | 5:30–6:30 PM CST

The first 7 days are free, so you can experience the course before committing.
