Record a task once. Let AI turn it into a training doc.

I hit record and do it the normal way. AI captures every click and every step, writes the SOP, and attaches it to a recurring task for whoever takes it over.

People see the healthy duo. They don’t always see what started it.

About 15 years ago, I told Baldo, “I have a problem with alcohol.” I quit. He cut back to support me. That’s friendship.

From there, getting healthier became something we did together—and helping others became our mission.
