245 lbs - 183 lbs 🎯

@kfit__23 is living proof of how “hard work, works”. On the left is a guy who had a goal of getting in shape, had a few people tell him to try competing and always loved training but wanted to go to the next level.

On the right… I see a completely different man. Prep is one of those things that can make or break you… KeShawn allowed it to fuel him to become unstoppable.

Now we are just under 2 weeks out from his first show ever, lost over 60 lbs and did it all while being stationed overseas serving his country. Proud of you brother, let’s finish the job 🎯

Something that started as a dream will soon be a reality. “My dream is to compete someday”… let’s make it happen.

Eyes are set to step in summer of 2027. Incredibly proud of @jst.ld … down 58 lbs and counting. Let’s keep going brother 🏁

Better yet, just hit another new low following check-ins and we’re sitting at 114! We’re sitting just under 5 weeks out right now. Beyond excited to bring this girl to the NPC stage after she achieved her OCB card last year.

Through all of the chaos, she’s shown up, checked off her boxes and stuck to the plan. I’m very excited to finish this last bit of prep in the best way possible 👏🏼👏🏼

Here are the stage shots from the Upstate Super Show, the 1st of 3 shows on my journey to earning my IFBB Pro card.

I'm proud of the work I put in to get to this show, and the work I'm putting in as I keep going down this road toward that pro card.

As a competitor, it wasn’t where I hoped I’d land. I’ve brought better packages before, and I believe the judges saw that too. The results reflected it. The main feedback was to come in tighter and drier, and I completely agree. That’s exactly what I’m doing as I get ready for my next show on October 3rd.

I’m grateful for Chris, the Upstate Super Show committee, and the NPC Carolinas league for putting together an amazing show. Everything ran smoothly, and they reminded me how much I’ve missed competing in the NPC. I can’t wait to fly out to Dallas and bring a better package to the next one.

I’m grateful for everyone who has supported me along the way and continues to cheer me on. Shout out to my coach @jermainegadsden_ for keeping me locked in as we continue working on this season.

You’re also looking at the new Mr. Spartanburg, which is kind of cool. I still took 1st in my class, and I’ll take 1st in my class again at the next one. But this time, we’re going for the overall.

Client Update ✨ 151 ➡️ 123

As we close in on her first OCB show, we’re pushing to bring our best. I am beyond proud of this girl and all of the work that has gone into the last year. It has been such a rewarding journey.

A mom who does it all. 🎯
