Last night was simply, incredible.

@aprilandvista & @djkemit brought incredible energy to @melrosemill. Last night wouldn’t have been possible with our lead sponsor, @highpointmarket.

It was an evening celebrating the meaningful work of @thebarnabasnetwork, Cohab artists and all the people that make Market happen.

Tonight was surrounded by pure light, magic, people who inspire me, community where I belong, and opportunities everywhere! High Point, NC is a special place. Artists, makers, dreamers, dancers, professors, and music coming together that shook my spirit. You are all so beautiful. Cohab, you outdid yourself tonight!

I’ll be all over market for the next week, learning, networking, and gathering inspiration. My students will be all over market working, meeting new people, and gaining valuable experiences, along with submitting Autocad floorplans and “The Art of Belonging” reflection essays.

For these students, Spartan Service Day is more than giving back. It’s about making a difference, building connections, and strengthening the community we call home.

Hear why service matters to them and see how Spartans are creating positive change, one act at a time.

July Partnership Spotlight!
A Bed and A Book is proud to partner with Barnabas Furniture Bank! Together, we will identify local families who need beds and other essential furniture to help turn their houses into homes.

Barnabas Furniture Bank shares our commitment to serving families who are transitioning from homelessness, fleeing violence, overcoming difficult circumstances, or living on incomes that do not meet their basic needs. Furniture donated by generous community members is refurbished and given to families in need.

We are grateful for this partnership and excited about the difference we can make together!
