This is a dream project to me, and it’s finally coming to life on the 12th July!

It comes from something deeply personal, I’ve been wanting to do it for years and building with a Aleksandra has meant everything.

Support @__sound_and_silence__ in every way you can! Share it, come to it, tell someone about it.

No action is too little as we build a festival that’s financially accessible to everyone, rooted in real community, sound and movement.

See you there. 🤍

We are happy to share this special spiritual health and electronic music event organised by @sophie.arkana with proceeds going to The New Normal! ✨️

The Spirits + Sonic 3-hour experience is 'a bridge between worlds: the ancient technology of Kundalini with modern sound frequency'.

🌸 Sophie Arkana (@sophie.arkana) will guide you through a masterclass in breath techniques and deep meditative movement inspired by the ancient practice of Kundalini, with Adam Shelton (@adam_shelton_ig) providing a deep, ambient soundtrack with ethereal textures.

🌸 Bruno Cabral (@bruno_ccabral @thebfrequency) will then lead a sonic experience to clear physical and energetic blocks using the power of sound.

🌸 All natural adaptogenic (non-psychoactive) natural mocktails provided by @drinkunai.

This is an independent event taking place on Sunday 17th November, at @vittoria_wharf.

You can get your ticket via the QR code in the slide or by clicking the link in our bio.

Your Home for #attune Days ✨

When we first walked into Tierra Iris and saw the natural amphitheater, we felt goosebumps all over. This land is both a healer and a teacher.

Tierra Iris is a place to empower individuals to embrace a regenerative lifestyle, nurturing their own well-being while contributing to the well-being of the planet.

It is a place to create, be inspired, connect, and unfold your authentic self.

Here, we attune ourselves with the sound and with nature, returning to the essence of I AM.
