There’s lots of chatter at the moment regarding a baker that has run his business in a way that most bakers would disagree with. With so much negativity it’s so important to remember that there are so many truly wonderful bakers out there who always put quality and their customers first. Let’s make the chatter about the right people! I could tag an endless amount of bakers out there but here are a few i definitely think are worth the follow :)

If we want more women starting businesses, we need more visible female entrepreneurs

We need to shout about women doing incredible things
Those just getting started
And those scaling

So here are 5 businesses we’re loving this month…

1/ @drink.hip.pop, co-founded by Emma Thackray

One of the UK’s fastest-growing drink brand that’s great for our gut and tastes delicious

2/ @thebigboybakery, founded by Sara Al-Janabi

Sara’s socials are mega as she shares behind-the-scenes of baking 1000+ cookies from her home kitchen and sells out at every pop-up

3/ @weare.regular founded by @hollyvictoriabrooke and @joelygabrielle

Brilliant, bold marketing and a brand on a mission to make “poo cool”

4/ @cocoandkiki.kids, founded by @coco_amos & Kishana Thomas-Quallo

Our founder Emmie recently wore a pair and loved them!

5/ @mumbloomuk, founded by Suziey McCollum

Supporting new mums with gifts they want and need during postpartum recovery

Tell us which female-founded businesses you’re loving right now!

It’s here! ✨ Your April round-up of everything food & drink in Liverpool.

A bit quieter on the news front this month- only means we’re on for a chocka May I think?

Let me know if I’ve missed anything! X
