Kali has been a deep source of inspiration for me and a reminder that true transformation is not always comfortable.

In the Hindu tradition, especially within Tantra and Shaktism, Kali represents the fierce divine feminine force of truth, liberation, and transformation. She is often misunderstood because of her powerful image, but Kali is not about destruction in a negative way. She represents the destruction of illusion, ego, fear, and everything that keeps us disconnected from our authentic self.

To me, Kali is an invitation to stop shrinking, to release old versions of ourselves, and to step into courage, truth, and inner power.

Sometimes what feels like everything falling apart is actually the beginning of a rebirth.

Maybe the truth you’ve been avoiding is actually the doorway to your freedom.

What if the parts of your life falling away are actually creating space for your rebirth? ✨

In honor of one of my greatest teacher @lorinroche, whose wisdom deeply transformed my life, I will be sharing each week a sacred offering from The Radiance Sutras. ✨

✨What are The Radiance Sutras @the.radiance.sutras @theradiancesutras They are Lorin Roche’s poetic translation of the ancient Vijnana Bhairava Tantra — a sacred text offering 112 gateways into meditation, wonder, presence, and awakening.

These teachings are known as the Yoga of Wonder and Delight, inviting us to experience the divine through breath, sensation, love, nature, stillness, and the miracle of being alive.

This text is a beautiful dialogue between Shiva and Shakti — consciousness and energy, awareness and creation.

These sutras are not meant only to be understood by the mind… they are invitations to feel.

They awaken truth through direct experience in the body and heart.

Since my very first Yoga Teacher Training, The Radiance Sutras have been part of the curriculum and the heart of what I share. As I prepare to guide my 31st training, I am honored to continue weaving these sacred teachings forward and keeping this beautiful legacy alive.

Each week I’ll share one sutra and reflection so these timeless teachings may touch your soul as they have touched mine.

On November 23, 2025, we gathered to celebrate the completion of our 30th 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, a moment filled with joy, gratitude, laughter, and so much heart.

Witnessing students come together, open their hearts, move their bodies, find their voices, and step into their purpose is why I do this work. This journey is never just about learning how to teach yoga. it’s about remembering who you are, building confidence, creating community, and embodying your truth on and off the mat.

Thirty trainings later, my heart is still just as full ❤️

🌞 My LAST YOGA IN THE PARK OF 2025 ✨

This Sunday at 11am we gather for something truly special
✨ my last Yoga in the Park class of 2025 before I travel to Brazil for a couple of weeks for the holidays.

This offering began years ago as part of @theomexperience , and when I took over three years ago, something beautiful kept unfolding; a loving community that continues to show up, support one another, and keep expanding.
I am deeply grateful for another year together, for this space, and for each soul who has been part of this journey. Special gratitude to the talented musician @radiantwarriorwisdomkeeper, who always brings so much joy and “Lila” (in Sanskrit means “play) to the park. Gracias Ocho.
