I met this awesome young lady in our local church ministry team, and couldn’t have foreseen how the relationship would take us into the studio and out to the Grammys. Shout out to Blessing Osazuwa!

Huge shout out to the Barbella Club for finishing the last Sunday of the year STRONG!!!? A lot of PRs happen today. Over the past few months the class has grown and a lot more women are realizing that the stigmatizem of CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO isn’t true. Each week you all come out and work out to put the old ways in the past. Be proud of all the hard work and determination you all give. Thank you for all your amazing Sundays and I look forward to what you bring for the New Year!!!

to our beautiful seniors,

thank you for making nonseq what it is today <3 throughout the past four years, your resilience, talent, and love for nonseq has transformed this group into a family. and you did it while gracefully carrying us through covid lockdowns, countless concerts, gigs, & retreats, and babysitting an ungodly number of freshmen. we are so endlessly proud of all you’ve done in nonseq, at columbia, and beyond. we have no words to describe how much we’ll miss you!

russell, peter, andrew, cindy, malcolm, elynn, mae & blessing…

we love you more ♥️

p.s. see you at midsem (we’ll be giving out strikes) :)
