A chateau in France…but make it Versailles

A day straight out of a fairytale in the Loire Valley

We began at the beautiful Château de Chenonceau, stopped for lunch and a wine tasting at Caves Ambacia, then ended the day at Château de Chambord… the castle said to have inspired Beauty and the Beast. 🏰

Beautiful villages, unforgettable views, and one magical place after another. What a day in France! 🇫🇷

I’ve always been thoughtful about what I put my name behind… especially when it comes to wellness. As a breast cancer survivor and women’s health advocate, I ask questions and take time to learn before I share.

Between family, work, and everything else life brings, I’m not looking to add something just for the sake of adding it. It has to feel right for me and fit the life I love.

I’ve been exploring a wellness opportunity and learning more about the products behind it. No pressure and no big promises… just sharing what caught my attention and what I’m discovering along the way.

Curious? DM me “INFO” and I’ll tell you more. 🤍

This week was one of those once-in-a-lifetime experiences I will never forget…

I had the incredible opportunity to be part of Vice President JD Vance’s motorcade while he was in North Carolina as the guest speaker for a Republican rally. Standing on the tarmac as Air Force Two arrived…then watching the Vice President step into his armored vehicle while members of his staff climbed into mine…was absolutely surreal.

Dressed in all black and feeling a little like Secret Service, I drove just two vehicles behind him as our motorcade traveled down a completely cleared interstate to the convention center.

It was an epic, pinch-me moment…and an experience I will cherish forever. 🇺🇸

I’m honored to accept my nomination to join 100 Women of Impact | Palm Beach—a national movement of women using their leadership, experience, and influence to advance brain health and well-being.

As a women’s health advocate and cancer survivor, this mission is deeply personal to me. I’m excited to connect, collaborate, and help create meaningful change alongside this remarkable community of women. When women lead together, change follows. ❤️

LOOKING FOR ASTAXANTHIN? 👀 I’VE GOT YOU COVERED.

Yes—the powerful antioxidant everyone has been asking about is included in PERGA’s Core4 system!

Astaxanthin is known for supporting:

✨ Antioxidant protection
✨ Cellular health and healthy aging
✨ Energy and recovery
✨ Joint comfort and mobility
✨ Protection from oxidative stress

And PERGA doesn’t include it in just one product—it’s found in both CoreBlue and CoreRed as part of a complete morning-and-night system supporting your gut, energy, internal balance and mobility.

After fighting for my life, I’m intentional about how I live it. For me, health isn’t a trend—it’s my next chapter.

Customer access begins September 1, but I’m building my personal waitlist NOW!

There have only been seven of us. 🤍

Seven women who have had the privilege of hearing their name called Mrs. American.

And in just a few days, I’ll stand on that stage and watch the eighth woman step into this sisterhood.

Before that happens, I want to honor the six women who carried this crown before me.

👑 Hannah Kirkpatrick — Arizona, 2020
Mrs. World Top 15

👑 Shaylyn Ford — Ohio, 2021
Mrs. World 👑

👑 Rhonda Wofford — California, 2021

👑 Krisdee Clark — South Carolina, 2022

👑 Hannah Neeleman — South Dakota, 2023
Mrs. World Top 15

👑 Heidi Stephens — Washington, 2024
Mrs. World Top 6

And then somehow, beautifully, unbelievably…

👑 Dr. Tiffany Thornton — Massachusetts, 2025
Mrs. World Top 6

I didn’t create the legacy of Mrs. American. I inherited it.

I inherited a crown that had already been loved, worked in, traveled in, cried in, celebrated in and represented by six remarkable women with six completely different stories.

And I think that’s one of my favorite things about this title.

There isn’t one way to be Mrs. American.

Look at us.

Different women. Different states. Different stories. Different seasons of life. Yet each one was trusted with the same crown and given a year to decide what she would do with it.

I hope I honored what you handed me.

And to whoever becomes Mrs. American #8…

Oh girl. 🥹

I hope you wear it with joy and strength!

Take the pictures. Make the trip. Answer the message. Walk into the room. Use your voice. Love people ridiculously well. And when an opportunity scares you a little, say yes anyway.

Because eventually someone is going to ask you to take that crown off too.

And when that day comes, I hope you look back and realize the most beautiful thing you wore all year wasn’t the crown at all.

To the six before me, thank you for the legacy.

To #8…

She’s ready for you. 👑🤍

With all my love,

Dr. Tiffany Thornton
