Live Free x The Borgen Project @theborgenproject

We are coming together to help end global poverty!

The Borgen Project believes that leaders of the most powerful nation on earth should be doing more to address global poverty. We’re the innovative, national campaign that is working to make poverty a focus of U.S. foreign policy.

The Borgen Project is delivering justice for the world’s poor and working with leaders of the most powerful nation on earth to right the long-preventable wrong of 15,000 children dying each day from hunger.

As part of our project here at Live Free, we will begin accepting donations where you can purchase reps of workout movements which our LF coaches will perform on Saturday, September 5th.

Build a Workout 🏋️‍♀️ ⬇️

4 Push Ups = $1
2 Cal Assault Bike = $1
1 Wall Ball = $1
1 Burpee = $1
10 Double Unders = $1
500 Meter Row = $10
1 Mile Run = $20

Send us a message via DM’s of which movements you’d like to purchase to watch our Coaches showdown next Saturday! 💥

Let’s come together to show how powerful the Live Free community can be and help put an end to global poverty once and for all!

Help the Borgen Project support the Global Health Security Act, which is crucial to combatting COVID-19! The bill will increase the U.S. government's efforts to support epidemic/pandemic preparedness and prevent infectious disease outbreaks by establishing a Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA) Interagency Review Council.

"The Borgen Project believes that leaders of the most powerful nation on earth should be doing more to address global poverty. We’re the innovative, national campaign that is working to make poverty a focus of U.S. foreign policy."

Being focused on global poverty means helping everyone in need. This doesn't just help the people out of poverty, it helps everyone involved. If we want to end this we need to act. Only by the citizens raising their voice can we get our nation and our government behind helping out those who need it most. Please help out and contact your local congressional leaders to get them to support bills such as the international affairs budget or the keeping girls in school act. One call can make all the difference.

You can go to borgenproject.org/action-center to email congress!

This week’s Intern Tuesday is Samantha Aguirre, a Senior majoring in Psychology. This Summer, she served as an HR Team Member with the Borgen Project.

“My internship has opened my eyes to the world I live in, and has shown me how individual people can truly make a difference. By one person at a time, the goal of ending global poverty is becoming a reality through the growth and support of this non-profit organization.”
