✨️ My everyday life.

✌🏼 From take off and landing, sleeping in weird times, one time zone to the other. Becoming a routine life of running and teaching and living room to have me time.

💯 Happy for the life I have, well, not that it always happy but Im learning from it no matter good or bad.

I do them Daily 🤍 secret to running better 🙃
Run better. Move better. Keep running. 🏃‍♀️

Your training sessions are important, but stretching and mobility are just as important for keeping your body moving well.

Stretching helps maintain flexibility and ease tight muscles.
Mobility helps you move your joints through a better range of motion.

Together, they help you move more freely, recover better, and stay ready for your next run.

Train hard. Stretch well. Move freely. Keep running. 🤍

WELLNESS CURATION — WISH YOU WELL

What is one small thing that makes your life better?

A better night’s sleep.
A way to move that feels good.
Understanding yourself a little more.
Caring for the ones you love.
Finding time to slow down.
Or simply discovering something that brings you joy.

For Wellness Curation, we’re bringing together people who know a little more about these everyday things — from movement and mindfulness to relationships, self-understanding, animals and the places that make us feel good.

No big lectures. No complicated formulas.
Just come by, ask questions, share a thought, or have a small conversation with someone who knows their thing.

Come meet. Talk. Ask. Listen.

Maybe you’ll leave with one small idea that makes your everyday life a little better.

Wish You Well : Small Talk Session.

Sat 12 — Sun 13 September 2026
