Mark your calendars. We are delighted to present Friends of the Program, the first solo exhibition by Elijah Stone Edwards, on view April 4 – May 7, 2026. We are hosting a reception, April 11, 6:00 – 8:30 PM.

This exhibition brings together images made between 2022 and today. Working with an intuitive, observational approach, Edwards traces the texture of everyday connection through unguarded, ephemeral encounters shaped by proximity and trust rather than orchestration.
Spanning work across New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Lima, Mexico City, and the U.S., the photographs explore social space and its emotional register—moving fluidly between tenderness, humor, intimacy, and quiet dissonance. Without imposing narrative or spectacle, Edwards foregrounds the subtle weight of collective presence, of showing up, of being seen.

Developed after a departure from a corporate career and informed by his time in The Bridge Program, this presentation marks his return to IW Gallery, where he first exhibited in 2023. His broader practice includes photography and moving image, with Emmy Award–winning contributions for NBA on TNT, and projects for Capture One and Bayern Munich.

Friends of the Program remains an ongoing body of work, moments of presence, trust, and connection captured in quiet suspension.

Last-minute, I jumped into a studio meetup a few weekends ago, hosted by @thebridgepro @aftershootco and @leeumrulez out in Bushwick.

Since starting @nycsocialsnaps I rarely get the chance to shoot purely for fun and creativity — so this was a refreshing change.

These images are part of one of the series from the meetup and I’m excited to share more. Here’s to making more space in 2026 to create just for the joy of photography 😃
