Best thing you can do for yer work week?
Get yer arse and head installed in London Town and werk from there

Art, opportunity, inspo by the yard, visual overload and dynamic edgy amazing energy

Even better, do it with artists. Better again, make the artists yer mates.

Thank you @monikacrowley and @estherokelly for an insane itinerary, lots of LOLS and a welcome recharge for the season ahead 💥💥❤️

Loved:
- @tate Turbine Hall from @studiotarekatoui moving the world with sound that was hypnotic, emotional, mesmerising and a collective experience. Sonic branding is gonna be THE scene for brands in 2027 and beyond
- the mark of resistance. The youth are no longer passive and activism is mainstream
- handmade is heartmade. If it isn’t stencilled, pasted, crafted or clearly imagined by a (cheeky!) human how can it claim to be ‘real’ ?
- radical authenticity : Jennie from Irish-Cornish band @girlintheyearabove held the crowd at @villageunderground in the palm of her hand by being unashamedly herself 100%. It was powerful and magical

And how is YOUR week? 💥💥🫶

SPACE WEEK 2026 CHRONICLES:

On Monday, I joined @irelandamvmtv to talk about 2 things close to my heart:
@worldspaceweek and the stars we don’t all get to see.

DYK that there are more homeless children in Ireland than there are stars you can see with the naked eye (2,500)?
Over 5,500 children are currently living in temporary accommodation and this number continues to rise.

From space,
there are no countries,
no borders,
no need for money,
or trinkets and baubles.
Just land and sea.

And for those who have seen the Earth from a distance,
they understand that we are one species
of many other species
sharing this planet together
The only home we’ve ever known.

Seeing Earth from space feels as if anything is possible.

Here’s my question:
What incredible things can we do when we work together?
Can we ensure that every child has a home?

I’m proud to be the 2026 @focusirelandcharity ‘Shine a Light’ Ambassador. Tomorrow night, Fri Oct 9th, organisations and Irish people across the country will sleep out to raise funds and awareness of this current plight.

If you can, please donate or share this reel.
Every bit helps a family find a home.

Thanks again to @muireann.o, @tommybowe & all the IrelandAM for the great welcome and the platform to amplify Focus Irelands annual fundraising drive. My Mam & Dad loved the personal message too 🙏🏻

Looking up at the night sky, you might see around 2,500 stars 🌌

Yet right now in Ireland, 5,830 children are living in emergency accommodation, experiencing the uncertainty and trauma of homelessness. That’s more than two children for every star we see ⭐️

We brought that reality to life through our telescope event which took place in St Patricks park. We invited people to look up and reflect on what those numbers really mean. Behind every statistic is a child living without the security of a place to call home, a room of their own, or a quiet space to do their homework.

The children currently living in homelessness need more than our attention. They need us to take action.

Sign up for Shine A Light and sleep out on Friday October 9 in solidarity with children and families experiencing homelessness.

Together, we can help create a future where every child has a safe place to call home.

“That’s just so heartbreaking.”

If you look at the sky on a clear night, you can see around 2,500 stars with the naked eye. Today, there are more than twice that many children who are currently living in emergency or temporary accommodation across Ireland.

“It puts into perspective how big 5,000 is.” Today, more than 5,600 children are without a place to call home, a number difficult to visualise.

Last week, Focus Ireland has unveiled an immersive telescope in St Patrick’s Cathedral Park as part of the Shine A Light campaign. It raised awareness on the crisis and some wanted to share their thoughts and feelings.

Want to help shine a light on homelessness? Sign up for the sleep out and join us this October via the link in our bio.

“In times of uncertainty, networks stop being nice to have. They become strategic assets.”

At today’s Business All-Star forum, Dr Briga Hynes spoke about how fast the rules are changing. Plans are shorter. Volatility is constant. Stability feels different.

One thing stays true. Connection matters more than ever.

Today we welcomed new Business All-Stars into the tribe, alongside our re-accredited companies continuing their journey of growth, reflection, and performance, all grounded in customer centricity, performance, and trust.

A room full of experience, fresh thinking, and one reminder. No business moves forward alone.

If your organisation is ready to be independently recognised and join a network built to help you stay in the game and ahead of it, you can register here: https://aibf.ie/accreditation/
