Last weekend, I saw the talented @thebryaneng at @citywinerynyc 🎹 🎶 The dim lighting made painting a bit challenging, but the result is quite fitting for that jazz vibe. 🎨 💙🎷

Keep sharing your passion! Can’t wait to catch more of your performances! 🙌

What a crazy week it has been😱 I absolutely will remember this experience for the rest of my life. I’ve learned so much and met so many people that I adore. I’ve grown so much not only as a singer but as a person as well. I want to express my gratitude to the Mabel Mercer Foundation for letting me partake in such a wonderful convention, and I want to thank my teachers, my family, and all the people who have supported me throughout this journey. I couldn’t have done it without them.💕💕

Sometimes you listen to live music, and the music is not made by the people, it comes from God and flows through the people. Just incredible!

Bryan Eng, the performer who started it all for Jazz in the Cavern here at The Brass Door, returns to Memphis for shows over two nights, October 15 and 16.

From New York City, this multifaceted jazz pianist, singer, composer, and actor has emerging as one of the most accomplished young entertainers of his generation.
With performances at the Kennedy Center, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Birdland, and appearances on Broadway and television, Eng has already made his mark on some of the world’s most iconic stages. He is also the youngest resident performer at the famed Carlyle Hotel, where BroadwayWorld hailed him as “the heir apparent to evenings with Bobby Short.” Eng’s dynamic career spans from headlining performances at the Met Gala Party and Tony Awards Party to opening for legends Chaka Khan and Sheryl Crow. Most recently, he was the recipient of the Julie Wilson Award for Emerging Artists, presented at Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Rose Hall.

Now a rising star in New York’s jazz and cabaret scene, Eng continues to captivate audiences at the Carlyle and across the country with his acclaimed Bryan Eng Trio featuring TJ Thompson on drums and Stephen Parisi on bass. If you missed his sell out performances at GPAC or The Cavern earlier this year, be sure to mark your calendar for these shows. Tickets can be purchased at the link in the bio or visit https://www.thebrassdoor.com/special-events/ They will go fast, so make your plans. Remember, there is no dining service in the Cavern, however, we invite you to dine upstairs or at one of downtown’s amazing restaurants.
PLEASE NOTE: There are multiple shows so please make sure you purchase your ticket for the correct night.
